You’ll work within a small, supportive cohort led by a Conveyancing Manager, supported by an assistant and our background teams.
Your role will be to manage your client caseload efficiently through the conveyancing process, ensuring the best interests of

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award-winning team. This is an opportunity to do what you do best in a supportive, forward-thinking and technology-driven environment where you'll have the backing of dedicated assistants, specialist support teams and experienced colleagues. You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while delivering an exceptional client experience from instruction through to completion. Working within a small, close-knit cohort led by a Conveyancing Manager, you'll play a key role in helping clients move home with confidence and peace of mind. Success in this role means delivering outstanding service, maintaining high professional standards, and contributing towards individual and team performance goals. Your day-to-day will include: * Case Management: Handle a residential conveyancing caseload , ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements. * Client Service: Build strong relationships with clients by providing clear, professional advice and regular updates throughout their property transaction. * Communication: Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and solicitors to facilitate smooth progression of cases and achieve positive outcomes. * Pipeline Management: Monitor and prioritise active matters, identifying potential delays and taking proactive steps to keep transactions on track. * Compliance: Adhere to SRA, CLC and lender requirements, maintaining accurate records and following internal quality standards and procedures. * Performance: Contribute towards departmental objectives by managing workload effectively and achieving agreed productivity, service and quality measures. * Collaboration: Work closely with assistants, support teams and colleagues across the business to deliver a seamless customer experience. * Continuous Improvement: Embrace technology, systems and process improvements that enhance efficiency and support exceptional service delivery

On a daily basis this will involve: * Support: Assisting your designated Conveyancer in managing a caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from start to finish whilst also managing a small caseload of your own. * Document Management: Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence related to residential sale and purchase property transactions. * Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address enquiries promptly. * Research and Due Diligence: Conduct legal research, land registry searches, and other due diligence tasks to ensure the legality and accuracy of property transactions. * Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including file management, data entry, and appointment scheduling. * Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including Money Laundering Regulations and GDPR. * Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality conveyancing services to our clients. * Achievement of Targets – work towards achieving set KPIs for individual conveyancers and the business as a whole.
