We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a true service first and analytical mindset to join our
team. This is a varied and challenging role where you’ll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners and help them
thrive on Wolt.
In this role, you’ll take care of your own restaurant portfolio, acting as a trusted partner and advisor while driving performance
and growth.
Strong analytical judgment. Comfortable using dashboards such as Looker and Power BI to turn data into decisions.

Your KPIs will include (but will not be limited to) and are subject to change based on business needs: * * Upselling and retention of products and partners on your portfolio; * Leverage the usage of TheFork tools so restaurants are more engaged with customers and bookings; * Number and quality of restaurants participating in TheFork Festival. You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications: * Experience as sales representative or account manager * C2 level of Portuguese and fluent English is a must * Experience in pitching and selling promotions/deals/flash sales; * Experience in dealing with a high number (45-50) of outbound and inbound calls and portfolios with numerous accounts (from 400 to 800). YOUR MISSION As an Account Manager at Pleez, you will own a portfolio of restaurant clients and ensure they extract maximum value from our AI-powered platform. Your goal is simple: help restaurants grow their delivery performance through data, insights, and operational excellence. You will be the main point of contact for your accounts, guiding them, supporting them, spotting opportunities, and ensuring their delivery channels run on auto-pilot. This role blends customer obsession, analytical thinking, and commercial drive, and is ideal for someone who wants to take tangible responsibility and grow fast in a high-execution environment. You will collaborate closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams, actively solve client challenges, and help improve processes as we scale across Europe. Our team is vital to Trustpilot’s commitment to building trust and transparency. In this role you are responsible for retaining and growing a defined portfolio of existing customers. You act as the commercial owner of each relationship - driving renewals, expanding accounts, and positioning Trustpilot as a long-term partner that delivers measurable business value. What you'll be doing: * Own the end-to-end renewal process, delivering high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and predictable retention. * Drive portfolio expansion through upsell and cross-sell to achieve strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall portfolio growth. * Build and maintain detailed account plans, stakeholder maps, and accurate forecasts in Salesforce. * Lead commercial and strategic conversations, including business reviews and contract discussions. * Partner with Customer Success to ensure value realization, with Marketing on customer stories, and with Product on feedback loops. * Ensure accurate data, forecasting discipline, and pipeline visibility across your portfolio. Who you are: * Fluency in Swedish & English * Proven experience working with the Swedish market, with a strong understanding of local customer needs, buying behaviour, and market dynamics. * You have experience in account management, renewals, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or subscription-based company. * Strong understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell motions. * Solid commercial awareness with the ability to link product value to customer outcomes. * Skilled at managing a large portfolio and keeping accurate account data in CRM systems. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. * Comfortable analysing account performance data and forecasting renewals. * Able to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. * A good understanding of the digital advertising/search marketing industry – preferred.
