at ease. Through small gestures, genuine conversation and emotional intelligence, you help bring the soul of the café to life.
This role is intentionally designed to recognise that meaningful hospitality can be delivered through many personal styles and
life journeys.

You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. Your job is to keep that feeling alive — every day, for every person who walks through the door. What You’ll Do * Welcome guests with energy and make them feel instantly at ease * Take orders, serve dishes and share menu recommendations with confidence * Keep the floor running smoothly by spotting what’s needed before anyone asks * Communicate clearly with bar and kitchen so every dish and drink lands perfectly * Handle questions, requests and small hiccups with calm, friendly problem solving * Keep your station clean, organised and ready for action * Support colleagues during busy moments and create a great team rhythm What You’ll Have * You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments * You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn * You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people * You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool * You speak English and Dutch; any extra languages are a plus * You take pride in a clean, professional appearance * You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team What We Offer: * The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. ABOUT US Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights. Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in-service of hospitality first. About the Role You'll be the first person a merchant contacts when something's not working. This role sits at the center of Tebi's promise to hospitality: when a restaurant reaches out, you turn a stressful moment into a solved one. You'll own the resolution end-to-end, from first reply to final fix, and your fingerprints will be on every process we build to scale support without losing the personal touch. Your day-to-day will be full of merchant communication, investigation and problem solving as well as project work around knowledge base, new tools, AI automation and product updates. What You'll Do * Own the first response for every Tebi merchant who reaches out, across chat, email, and phone * Diagnose issues fast, using product knowledge and sharp instincts to identify the real problem * Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to resolve complex problems * Hit and beat CSAT, QA, and speed targets in a high-pace environment * Turn what you learn from merchants into documentation, product feedback, and proactive education materials * Use and set up tools and AI-powered workflows to improve the way you do your work and expand it to company processes What You'll Bring * You are a creative problem solver who enjoys interacting with hospitality businesses * You are empathetic towards our merchants and curious about their business * Clear, warm communicator who can hold a merchant's confidence through chat, email, and phone * Curious about the product, want to be an expert in Tebi system and can apply your knowledge * Persistence — you don't let a ticket die in someone else's inbox * Comfortable with scheduled on-call time * Fluent in Dutch and English (Italian, Spanish, Danish, German or Finnish are a plus) If this speaks to you we can be the right fit.
