As our Community Host Intern, you’ll be operating in all of our front of house areas, making sure that each guest is having the
best possible TSH-experience. Whether you’re providing a flawless welcome and check in, awesome service in our restaurant and bars
or just having a chat to make their stay truly unforgettable ― you are at the forefront of our guest facing operation. You know
everything about our products and how to (cross-)sell these to our guests. And it’s because of you that everyone who enters our
Amsterdam City -location will become a raving fan of TSH instantly!
Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay,
learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a
lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as

MISSION As the Founder's Associate Intern at telli, you'll work right alongside the founding team across finance, legal, ops, and special projects. You'll have a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company operates and a very hands-on role in keeping things running and moving fast. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * help us build the operational backbone behind telli's growth * take on special projects, driving initiatives forward by coordinating stakeholders and keeping everything on track * support with finance operations by maintaining reports, chasing invoices, and managing payment flow * help the growth team close new customers by managing legal and compliance processes * support with our hiring pipeline, from screening candidates to scheduling interviews * help plan and execute internal and external events and keep the office running smoothly * work closely with Ennie and Philipp WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT: * you are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work * you're tech- & automation savvy and can learn new tools fast * you love solving problems and figuring things out on your own * you’re a strong communicator in both English and German * you’ve have initial (internship) experience and/or worked on side hustles or projects * you're done or at the end of university and could imagine starting full-time after the internship YOU MAY NOT MAKE A GOOD FIT IF: * you have never touched automation/AI tools or don’t have basic technical understanding * you only want to do high-level “strategic” work * you aren’t comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once * you don’t enjoy working directly with customers or in dynamic environments * you’re only looking for a typical 9–5 internship

You support everything around our Berlin office, team events, and workplace experience - and get a front-row seat to how an early-stage AI company operates day to day. Perfect if you want to learn how a fast-moving startup works from the inside. WHAT YOU’LL DO: * keep our Berlin office running smoothly - supplies, equipment, and making the space a place people want to be * support planning and running team events: offsites, onsite interviews, team dinners, and community events * help new joiners have a great first day - desk setup, hardware, and access * coordinate with vendors and service providers for everything office-related * learn to build small automations around workplace ops (ordering, inventory, requests) with AI and no-code tools * jump in on ad-hoc tasks and support the team wherever help is needed WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT: * you are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work * you're organized, reliable, and notice details others miss * you're curious about tools and automation and pick up new things fast * you take initiative and don't wait for detailed instructions * you're a strong communicator in both English and German * you're a host at heart - you enjoy creating great experiences for others YOU MAY NOT MAKE A GOOD FIT IF: * you only want to do high-level "strategic" work * you aren't comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once * you prefer working fully remote - this role lives in the office * you'd rather observe than roll up your sleeves
