The Director, Resource Management at DEPT® plays a critical role in driving the operational health of our resourcing model across
one of our biggest hyper-growth accounts in the Americas. This role is responsible for translating business targets and revenue
forecasts into actionable headcount and staffing plans—ensuring the right people are staffed to the right work at the right time.
The Director serves as a key operational partner to Delivery, Craft, and Finance teams. They own regional utilization metrics for
their focus area, ensure day-to-day staffing operations run efficiently, and elevate resourcing data fidelity, tooling standards,
and forecast reporting.
This is a player/coach role that will start as an independent contributor. As the team scales this role will oversee 1-2+
Resource Managers. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in environments that require

You will manage a team of HTML5, Javascript, CSS developers and be ultimately responsible for the clients’ technical delivery.
