ABOUT THE ROLE ** This role will be eligible to participate in the monthly commission compensation plan ** As a Peloton Lead Expert, you are a full-time, top-performing sales professional and floor leader. Reporting to the Store Manager, you set the pace for the team in a high-energy, commission-driven environment. You excel at individual sales, lead generation, and CRM management, while also stepping up to coach peers in the Store Manager's absence. You act as the benchmark for excellence in the store, driving revenue while delivering a premium, high-touch Member experience.
