We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in test strategy, automation, and end-to-end validation across web and mobile platforms. This role combines hands-on testing with strategic quality enablement in a distributed, cross-team environment. Role Overview You will be responsible for planning and executing Product, Integration, E2E, and Regression testing across web and mobile applications (Android & iOS). The role includes automation design, CI/CD integration, cross-team QA coordination, and mentoring. Key ResponsibilitiesTest Strategy & Execution Define and execute end-to-end test strategies across web flows Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business and technical requirements Validate critical customer journeys (e.g., PDP, Search, Availability, Checkout) Identify, document, and track defects and support root-cause analysis Automation & Quality Enablement Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks (Robot Framework preferred) Build reusable and maintainable test components Enable continuous validation (smoke, regression, health checks) Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines End-to-End & Production-Like Validation Support E2E testing across distributed systems Contribute to production-like testing strategies and test data stability Collaborate with Ops and Data teams on observability and failure detection Cross-Team QA Coordination Act as a QA connector across product teams Establish shared testing standards and tooling Support onboarding into common QA practices Promote system-level quality ownership Continuous Improvement & Mentorship Identify bottlenecks and improve testing approaches Mentor QA engineers and developers Promote automation-first and early validation practices Required Technical Skills Strong experience in web and mobile testing (Android & iOS) Automation experience with Robot Framework or similar frameworks Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS Experience with Appium, BrowserStack, or similar tools Experience with test management tools (QMetry, Xray, or similar) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration Experience with Git, Jira, Confluence Understanding of Page Object Model (POM), SOLID principles, and test design patterns Experience with Python for automation is highly valued. About the Role We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who not only brings strong technical expertise in test automation and quality assurance but also excels in communication, collaboration, and balancing priorities. This is a fast-paced team, and success in the role requires the ability to understand complex technical systems quickly, communicate effectively, and partner closely with senior and principal engineers.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in API testing, UI testing, and automation frameworks (Playwright preferred), but equally important is their ability to adapt under pressure, prioritize in a dynamic environment, and contribute to a culture of quality and teamwork. Your Responsibilities * Quality Ownership: Drive testing efforts across web applications, APIs, and integrations, ensuring releases meet high standards. * Test Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts with Playwright (and other tools where appropriate). * API Testing: Develop and execute tests for RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including validation of data integrity and error handling. * UI Testing: Validate front-end workflows and user experiences with attention to detail and usability. * Communication & Collaboration: * Clearly document test cases, results, and defects in a way that’s easy to understand. * Partner closely with senior and principal engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and priorities. * Present findings and risks with confidence in meetings, adapting communication style depending on the audience. * Prioritization: Balance competing demands and deadlines, ensuring critical paths are tested without losing sight of long-term quality goals. * Mentorship & Support: Share knowledge with junior QAs, contribute to process improvements, and foster cross-functional collaboration. Your Profile * 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in automation. * Strong experience with Playwright (or Selenium/Cypress, with willingness to transition). * Proven track record of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar). * Solid understanding of test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions. * Strong time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proven ability to understand complex technical systems and contribute meaningfully to technical discussions. * Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork across distributed teams. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. * Strong experience in CMS testing (Sitecore preferred). * Hands-on experience with Playwright. * Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript. * Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub. * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and analytics testing. * Experience in cross-browser and multi-device testing. * Excellent defect management and reporting skills.
