inköpsprocesser.
Som Project Sourcing Manager ingår du i kundens globala organisation för indirekt inköp och ansvarar för att driva och genomföra
komplexa sourcinginitiativ som sträcker sig över flera regioner, affärsområden och kategorier.
Du leder sourcingarbetet i koncernövergripande projekt och arbetar nära Category Managers, regionala inköpsteam och verksamheten.
Rollen innebär att säkerställa affärsvärde genom strukturerade sourcingprocesser, förhandlingar och implementering av nya
leverantörslösningar.
Du tillhör ett centralt expertteam med fokus på projektbaserad sourcing där du ansvarar för genomförandet av större strategiska
initiativ, medan Category Managers har det långsiktiga ansvaret för leverantörsrelationer och kategoristrategier.
Vi tror att du är en strukturerad och affärsdriven inköpare som trivs med att leda komplexa projekt där många intressenter är
involverade. Du har ett strategiskt synsätt, är van att bygga starka relationer och motiveras av att skapa långsiktigt affärsvärde
genom professionellt sourcingarbete.
Uppdraget är placerat i Örebro och utförs huvudsakligen på plats. Resor inom Sverige och internationellt kan förekomma.

We are looking for a Project Sourcing Specialist to support Candela’s future growth ambitions. Purpose and Goals You are a hands-on sourcing professional driving supplier selection and commercial execution in development and engineering change projects. You take ownership of sourcing activities from early supplier involvement through supplier selection and handover to operations, ensuring the right balance between cost, quality, risk, sustainability, and scalability. Working closely with R&D, Sourcing Category Managers, and Operations, you enable fast decision-making and contribute to competitive, cost-efficient products and a successful ramp-up of production.
