Working alongside the Culinary Director, you’ll shape the kitchen, own the numbers and set the standard from day one. This is a rare opportunity to put your stamp on a flagship new opening in our first opening in Norway! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Lead, build and inspire a high-performing kitchen brigade from the ground up. * Maintain and champion outstanding food quality, presentation and consistency at every service. * Own kitchen operations: labour planning, food cost management, GP targets and ordering. * Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen standards. * Drive a training and development culture within your team, nurturing the next generation of talent. * Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience. * Represent the Basta brand and culinary vision with passion and precision. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key duties… * Provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies in line with training and qualifications. * Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. * Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas. * Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness. * Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare. * Manage booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers. * Build strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism, and discretion. * Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are always followed. * Support the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations. * Act as an ambassador for the wellness offering of the club, embodying the brand's values and service ethos.  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we are looking for... A successful Beauty Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.   * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment  * NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage)  * Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies  * Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach  * Impeccable grooming and communication skills  * Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure  * Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends  Physical Requirements:  * Must be over the age of 18  * Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand  * Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours  * Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required  The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
