That’s why we’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who wants to build products that people truly depend on in environments where usability, performance, and trust matter.
In this role, you’ll help shape and build the interfaces that farmers and internal teams use daily, from onboarding and configuration to real-time monitoring and insights. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams, and have a direct impact on how Monil’s platform evolves as we grow.
Our devices collect tons of data about what the animals are doing. We utilize this data to improve the lives of both animals and farmers. Our expert and experienced team runs our extensive cloud platform, applying deep expertise to provide the best solutions.
In Monil, we don't work in silos – you'll have the chance to contribute to the entire software stack together with our experienced team. We strongly believe in sharing knowledge and constantly learning, with no strict divides between frontend, back-end and infrastructure. As a Frontend Engineer in Monil, you'll work very closely together with back-end engineers and be encouraged to contribute to the entire stack.
What we're looking for
1–3+ years of experience building production-ready applications with React and/or modern frontend frameworks
Solid understanding of TypeScript, component architecture, and state management
Experience working with APIs (GraphQL or REST)
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Informatics or Engineering
Bonus points for:
Experience with React Native or native mobile development
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Real-life experience with farming or agriculture (not required, but appreciated)
Norwegian language skills (preferred but not required)
Fluency in Norwegian is preferred (we make exceptions for the exceptional).
Our Tech Stack
React and React Native: We're building our apps rapidly and correctly – React and React Native helps us do both. This mature way of building apps lets us focus on the important parts, while also peeking under the hood and build features directly for iOS and Android where needed. We're using TypeScript to enforce types, and Expo to simplify our React Native project.
GraphQL and gRPC: The main interface between the frontends and our servers is our GraphQL API, which lets us efficiently fetch data and update it in real-time. The API lets us fetch what we need and also communicate directly with devices on animals.
NodeJS, Go, Kubernetes: Our back-ends are written in Go and run on Kubernetes, letting us quickly build new APIs – with features often spanning the entire stack. Even if your main focus is Frontend, you'll get the chance to get experience with the whole stack.

As a Frontend Developer, you will play a central role in shaping the overall Spond app experience. You will work across the entire product and have a significant impact on how our frontend is built, structured, and continuously developed.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Design System & Accessibility Team and help us become the #1 digital and
secure medical companion for patients.
We are part of the Platform domain, whose mission is to build and maintain the common building blocks of our system with a
"Platform as a Product" mindset. We abstract and simplify the use of these complex, critical components, enabling product teams to
focus on their core mission: building products faster for healthcare professionals and patients.
Why this role matters: With 80% of Doctolib's traffic coming from mobile, we're on a mission to bridge the gap between our Web and
Mobile Design Systems. You'll be a key player in unifying the user experience across platforms.
As a Frontend Platform team, we support and empower all other Doctolib Tech and Product teams to create Accessible and
best-in-class user experience frontend applications. We achieve our mission by providing a web and mobile design system, by
writing supporting tooling around it and the Accessibility topic, and guidance as Accessibility experts.
As a Senior Software Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Design, build, and maintain a scalable Web and mobile Design System built with React and React Native, ensuring a consistent,
accessible, and high-performance user experience across Doctolib's web and mobile applications.
* Drive the convergence of Web and Mobile Design Systems, ensuring visual and functional consistency across React and React
Native components.
* Develop and maintain React Native components, enabling seamless cross-platform experiences.
* Upskill and mentor team members on React Native best practices, fostering a culture of mobile-first thinking within the Design
System team.

* Drive adoption and quality of the Design System by supporting teams, improving documentation, establishing usage guidelines,
and gathering feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
* Leverage AI technologies to amplify the Design System's adoption and developer experience (DevX), applying prompting and
context engineering to create intelligent assistants, automation, and migration tools that help developers build user
interfaces more efficiently.

delivery of the Design System.

What you'll do
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer FullStack to join the FIRE (FHIR & Interoperability Requirements EHR) team in the
Clinical domain.
As a Senior Software Engineer, your mission will be to ensure that Doctolib DE is well connected to the German digital health
ecosystem and compliant with FHIR standards. You will be responsible for the interoperability of the German EHR (Electronic Health
Record): connection to the Telematik-Infrastruktur (TI), electronic prescriptions (eRezept), qualified electronic signature (QES),
connected medical devices (GDT), and integration of laboratory results.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Build and maintain the integration with German governmental health services, ensuring other Doctolib teams can seamlessly
interact with the German health system through your platform
* Drive the integration of the national EHR (Electronic Health Record) into Doctolib, with a multi-country rollout approach,
navigating each country's standards and technical constraints
* Design, ship, and operate production-grade fullstack solutions that connect the Doctolib platform to complex healthcare
infrastructure
* Partner with other engineering teams to shape the architecture of Doctolib's interoperability platform
* Ensure privacy, security, and compliance by design in one of healthcare's most regulated technical environments
* Own performance, observability, and reliability: monitoring dashboards, SLO/SLI, and system health
* Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that shape Doctolib's future interoperability strategy across Europe
