Our team is young, energetic, and united by a passion for innovation and sustainability, highly motivated by development and success. Every day, we challenge the conventional and push the boundaries of what manufacturing can be — for the benefit of people and the planet.

The position oversees financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, working capital optimization, inventory control, cost accounting, payroll oversight, and external stakeholder reporting.
The right person will have the ability to balance the compliance rigor, have commercial insight, operational understanding, and the ability to support processes that scale alongside the organization’s growth trajectory.
Overall, our Head of Finance will be involved in a wide range of financial strategies, efforts and tasks in the company and collaborate across departments, with great influence on decisions supporting the company’s overall strategies and goals.
Experience matters — but so does attitude and passion!
