The Algerian Embassy in Oslo is urgently recruiting a universal administrative agent M/F / assistant to in the consular section of Embassy Hva vi ser etter​ Algerian Embassy Arbeidsoppgaver​ Assistant to in the consular section of Embassy​ who will be in charge of: • (consular tours, professional missions, making appointments, etc.) • Transcription and entry of civil status documents (extract, death, marriage, literal copy, etc.) • Keeping civil status registers • Management of electronic databases. • Active participation in all activities concerning the Algerian community (organization of events, creation and updating of lists, monitoring of registration, elections, etc.) • Monitoring and management of social files in relation to the community • Support for the civil status center (return of incomplete files, response to users, telephone switchboard, etc.) Qualifications​ · Excellent command of Norvegian, Arabic, English and French · Previous experience in administration is preferable but not required · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Teamwork experience, positive attitude and flexibility Salary:​ 32.100 NOK / month gross salary Non-EEA nationals who are resident in Norway are required to be in possession of a permanent residence permit to be considered for the position. We are looking for a Head of Finance to help scale Ankorstore as a category-defining European wholesale marketplace. As a key member of the Leadership Team (LT), you will own Ankorstore's full financial strategy and operations, partnering closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive growth, financial discipline, and long-term value creation. You will lead three specialised teams, Payment & Fraud, FP&A, and Accounting, and will act as the principal financial architect for a company operating at the intersection of marketplace dynamics and B2B commerce. This role requires someone who combines strong financial leadership with operational intensity, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multicultural environment.
