At Mercell, we're on a mission to revolutionize public procurement, making it accessible and effortless for everyone involved.
Imagine a world where public buyers and visionary suppliers come together seamlessly to make a great deal easier and shape the
future. That's what we're all about.
With a dynamic culture built on continuous growth, trust, and collaboration, Mercell offers an environment where your talents can
thrive. You will be part of an international environment with ambitious and dedicated colleagues who are passionate about what
they do and supported to be themselves.
Together, let's shape the future and create real value for society, one innovative solution at a time.
Your Mission
As a Senior FP&A & Data Analyst, you will join Mercell's Group FP&A team and report to the Director of FP&A. You will play a
central role in shaping how Finance supports decision-making across a leading European SaaS business.
This is a hybrid role that combines commercial FP&A, business partnering and modern data analytics. You will help drive
forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning while leveraging data, automation and AI to improve how Finance operates and
delivers insight to the business.
Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations and Finance, you will translate operational
drivers into financial outcomes, build scalable reporting and planning solutions, and help transform data into actionable
commercial insights.
Beyond supporting the business, you will challenge existing processes, identify opportunities for automation and continuous
improvement, and contribute to building a modern, data-driven Finance function equipped for the future.
We see the following qualities as important to thrive and evolve in this role:
To thrive in this role, you combine strong commercial acumen with analytical accuracy and exceptional execution capabilities. You
are naturally curious about how businesses create value and enjoy translating complex data into actionable insights that support
strategic decision-making.
You can balance strategic thinking with attention to detail, maintaining a holistic perspective while ensuring accuracy and
quality in your work. You take ownership of outcomes, hold yourself to high professional standards, and are motivated by
delivering meaningful impact rather than simply completing tasks.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys operating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly
and where collaboration with senior stakeholders is a natural part of everyday work. You are comfortable working with ambitious
goals, challenging deadlines and a high level of accountability, recognising that these are characteristics of a
performance-driven, private equity-backed technology company.
Success in this role requires resilience, adaptability and a proactive mindset. You build strong relationships across the
organisation, communicate with clarity and confidence, and are equally comfortable leading discussions with senior management as
working independently to solve complex problems.
