With this role, you will be core to the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a multidisciplinary team of

TEAM You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. In this role, you'll work across our puzzle game portfolio, contributing your artistic skills to titles that have already demonstrated strong core mechanics and real player engagement. Puzzle games demand a precise and thoughtful visual language, from clear iconography and satisfying feedback animations to cohesive UI and world aesthetics, and your work will be central to delivering that. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and visual refinement of our puzzle titles, leveraging their existing traction to build truly exceptional player experiences. This is a unique chance to join a project pipeline with established momentum, while still having a significant impact on the creative direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment. ROLE * Support the Lead Artist in the ideation and execution of the game’s vision. * Design and implement a high-quality, scalable UI from concept to final integration in Unity. * Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries. * Create high-quality 3D/2D assets (characters, assets, props and environment art) and ensure optimal performance across mobile devices. * Setup, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity. * Work with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay and accessibility goals. * Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data. * Propose creative ideas to boost player engagement and improve the user experience. PROFILE * Strong Unity skills, with the ability to implement and optimise directly in engine. * Excellent 3D /2D design skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and readability. * Experience with A/B testing or working with LiveOps features. * A keen eye for emerging mobile game trends with the ability to creatively deconstruct and learn from success cases. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams. * Fluent in English. In this role, you'll lead the artistic direction across our puzzle game portfolio, setting the visual standard and guiding a team of artists to ensure consistency, quality, and creative ambition across all titles. Puzzle games demand a precise and thoughtful visual language, from clear iconography and satisfying feedback animations to cohesive UI and world aesthetics, and you will be the person accountable for delivering and championing that standard. You'll have the opportunity to shape the growth and visual identity of our puzzle titles from the ground up, leveraging their existing traction to build truly exceptional player experiences. ROLE * Lead the art development for your puzzle titles, establishing and evolving the visual identity in close collaboration with the General Manager. * Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists on the team, maintaining a high and consistent quality bar across all deliverables. * Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries for use across the team. * Create high-quality 3D/2D assets (characters, props and environment art) and ensure optimal performance across mobile devices. * Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data. * Champion creative ideas that boost player engagement and improve the user experience, setting an example for the wider team. PROFILE * Proven experience leading or mentoring artists, with the ability to give feedback that is direct, actionable and creatively elevating. * Strong Unity skills, with the ability to implement and optimise directly in engine. * Excellent 3D/2D design skills, with a keen eye for visual hierarchy, composition, and readability. * Experience contributing to or owning an art direction, including style guide creation and asset pipeline standards. * Experience with A/B testing or working with LiveOps features. * A keen eye for emerging mobile game trends, with the ability to creatively deconstruct and learn from success cases. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams. * Fluent in English. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of Marble Sort, leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on the future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment. ROLE * Creating high-quality 2D and 3D VFX, including motion graphics & animations * Developing and implementing visual effects for core gameplay, character abilities, environmental effects, and reward animations * Collaborating with designers, artists, and developers to integrate 3D assets and VFX seamlessly into the game * Working with developers to adapt and integrate new art features based on project specifications * Optimizing VFX for performance * Developing and maintaining VFX pipelines and workflows to ensure efficient production processes * Troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to motion graphics & animations & VFX creation and implementation PROFILE * Proven experience as a VFX Artist with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of 2D/3D art, motion graphics & animations * Proficiency with Maya or Blender.
