This position is remote-friendly. ☎️ OUR B2B TEAM “Nothing stops them from getting the best deals for Joko users. The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network, and available offers.” The B2B team is divided between our three business lines at Joko: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards. * As for Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers are in charge of growing these long-lasting partnerships. * For the Online team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing our portfolio of e-commerce partners, directly with e-merchants or through our relationship with affiliate marketing platforms. * Finally, for the Gift Cards team, Account Managers are in charge of growing and managing the portfolio of brands and retailers, through relations with providers and in direct relationships with merchants. We don't take ourselves too seriously and make sure that the journey is a blast! 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Account Executive in the Card-Linked team, your main mission will be to bring top retailers from prospects to partners by selling them our targeted marketing solution including acquisition or loyalty campaigns, awareness and insights. This will imply dealing with a lot of data based on banking transactions to provide them with the most cost-effective, simple, and elegant marketing lever. Coupled with a meticulous understanding of the sales cycle, our performance-based and targeted solution has all it takes to impose Joko as the most powerful marketing solution for retailers (Etam, Subway, Leroy Merlin, Galeries Lafayette…). Your responsibilities will be: * Work on a complete sales cycle to sell our Card-Linked solution to Enterprise prospects * Build and develop relationships in the Marketing space with C-suite decision makers (CEO, CMOs…) to become their trusted advisor * Analyse payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor deals and offer strategic support to C-levels * Participate in offline events (One-to-One Monaco…) to develop your network in the Retail and Tech industries * Close commercial partnerships with Enterprise accounts in the Retail space * Participate in improving the sales knowledge, tools stack, processes, commercial approaches, onboarding and KPIs monitoring 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You have 3 to 5 years in closing experience of closing experience in the B2B environment. You will be in charge of your own portfolio of partners, and work closely with other teams such as Sales, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Marketing. You will work on our CLO (card-linked offers) business line, and report directly to the Card-Linked Account Strategist Lead. Your responsibility will be to help CMOs grow their business thanks to Joko, and generate tens of millions of incremental revenue. You will report to the Head of Online Business. You will be in charge of your own portfolio of brands, and work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech. The Online Business has 3000 partners, including top e-commerce brands such as Amazon, Apple, Hotels.com, Nike, and more. It has experienced a 20x revenue growth over the past 2 years, generating over €500 million in annual revenue for our partners last year. Your responsibility will be to sustain this growth and help brands expand their business through Joko. Additionally, you will negotiate the best deals for our users. To achieve this, you will: * Develop and manage a portfolio among 3000 online partners displaying offers on Joko. * Negotiate commercial deals and special offers with brand partners and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to assist them in achieving their marketing strategy by reaching Joko users. * Ensure close monitoring and analysis of our partnership performances in collaboration with the Marketing and Data teams. * Leveraging banking and browsing data analysis to gather a clear vision of your partners’ market trends, and use this knowledge to perfectly tailor your offer proposal. * Creating strong and long-lasting relationships with your partners (day-to-day relationship management, securing regular formal and informal touchpoints -meetings, live events…) * Make sure that our partners benefit from all of our top features like BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), coupons, price tracking, etc. * Help Joko expand internationally (starting with the US) by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers in the US.
