Beamy mesure l'usage réel de plus de 50 000 applications auprès de 500 000 utilisateurs au sein de grandes entreprises, grâce à une extension navigateur déployée à grande échelle. Chaque jour, des millions de signaux comportementaux — et non déclaratifs — sont collectés.
Notre ambition est de transformer ce signal en intelligence stratégique, afin de comprendre comment le travail s'organise réellement dans les grandes organisations. Il s'agit d'un problème complexe et encore largement irrésolu.
L'enjeu n'est pas d'exécuter une feuille de route, mais de défricher chaque jour : concevoir des approches, prototyper rapidement, expérimenter, ajuster, tout ça dans une approche hyper rapide (itérations à la demi journée). Nous recherchons une personne autonome et inventive, capable de s'emparer d'un sujet ambigu pour en tirer de la valeur, plutôt qu'un profil qui privilégierait la sophistication technique au détriment de l'impact.

Nous ouvrons un poste d'Applied AI Engineer, dédié au prototypage produit et à la recherche appliquée, en interne. Votre mission consiste à transformer des problèmes encore mal définis en prototypes fonctionnels, à itérer rapidement et à abandonner sans hésitation les pistes non concluantes. La priorité est donnée à la vitesse d'apprentissage et à la valeur créée.
Les missions
Explorer nos jeux de données à grande échelle pour en dégager des enseignements et des pistes concrètes, avec réactivité.
Concevoir des prototypes d'IA (machine learning, LLM, etc.) de bout en bout — de l'idée à la démonstration fonctionnelle — afin de transformer le signal d'usage en intelligence produit.
Mobiliser pleinement les outils d'IA (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) comme assistants de conception, pour prototyper, explorer des variantes et tester des hypothèses, tout en conservant un regard critique sur leurs productions.
Vérifier systématiquement la fiabilité des résultats, les vôtres comme ceux de l'IA, sans vous laisser convaincre par une réponse qui paraît assurée.
Définir des critères d'arrêt et interrompre sans hésitation les pistes non concluantes.
Collaborer avec les différents profils d'expertise de l'équipe pour transformer des intuitions en prototypes, puis transmettre le relais dans de bonnes conditions en vue de l'industrialisation.
YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join the ML Engineering team in Patient Solutions. Your mission will be to improve how people access quality care and manage their health over time by building and leading AI and ML systems that create real, measurable impact. You will work in a feature team developing intelligent patient-facing solutions, from smart practitioner discovery to long-term care management, playing a key technical role in shaping how we scale our AI capabilities across Europe. What you’ll do We are looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join the DS & AI organization at Doctolib. This is a transversal force multiplier role operating across all AI teams: Clinical, Productivity, Phone Assistant and ASR. Rather than working within a single feature team, you will own the cross-cutting technical challenges: defining how Doctolib's product and AI teams build agentic solutions, standardizing ML evaluation frameworks, and spreading strong engineering practices across the org.
