250+ local authorities rely on Vizzia to keep their streets clean and safe, and we aim to reach 450 by the end of 2026. Scaling
from here means the way our teams operate today won't hold tomorrow: planning installations, preparing customer reviews, running
our onboarding playbooks, closing the books — each of these workflows needs to be redesigned, equipped, and partly automated for
the next stage of growth.
BizOps is the team in charge of making that happen. In 2026, we will be 6 people working alongside Timothée (BizOps & BI Team
Lead): 3 BizOps Managers (including 2 to hire), and 1 BI Analyst. Each of us owns a slice of the business and partners directly
with the Heads of Delivery, CSM, OPS, and G&A to ship the tools and processes that let them grow without breaking.
As a Business Operations Manager, your mission will be to take ownership of a perimeter of business gestures, challenge how they
work today, redesign them when needed, and ship the tools and automations — increasingly powered by AI — that make our teams
faster, more reliable, and more scalable.
1. Understand and challenge our operational workflows
2. Design and ship BizOps projects end to end
reviews.
3. Bring AI into our operational workflows

4. Contribute to the ERP deployment
trade-offs, and surface decisions that need to be made.
5. Make operational performance measurable

At Vizzia, we value precision, ownership, and intellectual honesty. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about how
operations work — and who wants to use AI to change them, not just to talk about them.

At Joko, we help consumers shop smarter. Our mission is to revolutionize shopping, empowering people to find what they need, make informed decisions, and save money. Founded in Paris, Joko is a tech company and certified B Corp with over 105 talents across Paris, Barcelona, and New York (and beyond). More than 6 million users already save money every day at 10,000+ merchants with Joko. From cashback and automatic coupons to price alerts and carbon tracking, we keep expanding our products to make shopping smarter. We’re now building an AI-powered shopping assistant to help users find the best products by price, quality, and environmental impact. Having reached profitability in our core market, we’re now scaling globally, with a strong focus on the US. It’s still day 1, come build the future of shopping with us! 🔥 OUR BUSINESS OPERATIONS TEAM At Joko, the Business Operations team is the powerhouse behind internal innovation. We tackle the company's most strategic and complex challenges and we don't just solve them, we turn them into long-term, scalable growth engines. Whether it's launching entirely new business lines, rethinking revenue infrastructure, or embedding AI into our operations, we lead high-impact initiatives that push Joko forward faster, smarter, and stronger. Our mission: Help Joko operate at its absolute best, every single day. ✨ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL Joko is entering its most ambitious chapter yet. We just launched in the US, we're opening two new countries next year, we're spinning up new business lines, and we're rolling out Joko AI, an assistant that will fundamentally change how our users compare products and make purchase decisions. Every one of these moves runs through our B2B engine and raises the bar on how it operates. That's where you come in. Our B2B team is scaling fast: bigger merchants, more markets, more complexity. To keep them sharp, we need a Revenue Operations Manager who can turn the B2B engine into a precision machine: a clean CRM architecture, sharp analytics, streamlined processes, and the operational leverage to take the team to the next level. This is a founding RevOps role. You inherit the first implementation of HubSpot and a fast-moving B2B team, you work hand in hand with a wide network of stakeholders (Ops, Data, Tech), and you get to define what the function becomes. Few roles give you this much white space this early. 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DO Reporting to François Panico, you will own the Revenue Operations scope at Joko and be the strategic operational partner of our B2B team (Sales, Account Management). This is a 0-to-1 mandate: you will design the systems, data, and processes that let our B2B team operate at peak speed and quality across France, the US, and every market we open next. * Build a world-class CRM architecture: You will take ownership of HubSpot and turn the first implementation into a scalable, multi-country CRM. You will design the data model, pipeline structure, and automations that match how the B2B team actually sells and renews, and make HubSpot the single source of truth for everything B2B: clean, reliable, and trusted. * Own analytics and scoring across the B2B funnel: You will build the analytics layer (in collaboration with the Data team) that gives the B2B team and leadership real-time visibility on pipeline, conversion, retention, and account health. You will design and operate client scoring models (lead scoring, account prioritization, churn risk, expansion potential) and turn raw activity data into actionable insights that surface the right opportunities and flag the right risks. * Streamline and scale B2B processes: You will audit the B2B funnel end to end (prospection, qualification, closing, onboarding, account management, renewal, expansion) and make every step simple, fast, and efficient. You will define clear handoffs, SLAs, and ownership across Sales and Account Managers, embed automation and AI wherever they create leverage, and remove what slows the team down. * Be the strategic partner of the B2B team: You will work hand in hand with the BU owners to identify bottlenecks, prioritize initiatives, and unlock the next level of performance. You will turn ambiguous questions (conversion drops, account prioritization, sales-cycle bottlenecks) into structured, data-backed analyses and clear recommendations, and lay the groundwork to scale RevOps as a function over the next 12 to 24 months. 👀 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Experience: You have 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, with hands-on exposure to a fast-growing B2B environment. * CRM expertise: You have architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce). You know how to design data models, build automations, and turn a CRM into a strategic asset. * Analytical firepower: You have advanced SQL and a strong command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar). * Tech & AI-first thinker: You reach for scalable, tech-enabled solutions before manual fixes, and get excited building automation, tooling, and data flows. You see AI as a core lever and are always exploring new ways to make work faster and smarter. * Problem solver: You love tackling complex, ambiguous problems with structured thinking, creativity, and a bias for action. * Operational mindset: You are relentlessly curious and detail-obsessed. You enjoy getting your hands dirty, equally comfortable in a strategic conversation with leadership and three hours deep in a HubSpot issue. * Autonomy: You can own and drive complex cross-functional projects from A to Z with minimal guidance. * Communication: You explain complex ideas clearly and concisely, in both written and verbal formats. * Languages: You are fluent in English (spoken and written). * Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you love constantly learning and getting better. 💎 OUR PERKS (Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) At Joko, we believe that flexibility and trust are essential. Our work environment reflects this through: * Flexible remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints. If you live elsewhere, we can provide access to a coworking space and a coworking budget. * Work from anywhere : Want to spend a month in Italy while working? You can work from most countries in the world for up to 3 months per year. On top of that, we offer plenty of perks: * 💸 Top-market compensation * 📈 Equity for everyone with the chance to own a piece of what you build * 🤖 Half-day each week dedicated to leveling up with AI by exploring new tools, iterating hard, and sharpening your skills * 🌴 Yearly offsite in amazing locations and budget for team-building events & monthly in-person gatherings * 💪 Contribution to your ClassPass subscription * 🍼 8-week leave paid 100% for the second parent * …and much more, check the full list here! 🤝 OUR HIRING PROCESS 1. Intro call: Quick screening with the Hiring Manager or the Talent team. 2. Step 1 – Team interview (45 min): Conversation with two Joko team members (could include the Hiring Manager, people from the team you’d join, or colleagues from other teams). 3. Step 2 – Role-specific assessments * For non-engineering roles: A take-home case study followed by a 45-min interview. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to your role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design). * For engineering roles: A 90-min live technical interview on CoderPad covering code understanding, review, system design, and product thinking (with AI serving as a collaboration tool). 4. Step 3 – Leadership interview (45 min): Conversation with a SteerCo member and a Founder. 5.
