This ops team has 2 data analyst - business and the full data team is more than 15 data experts. You will hold a cross-functional role that bridges our team with the rest of the organisation, particularly with the data, product, and engineering teams. This position is a permanent position (CDI) based in Paris. 💼 ABOUT THE JOB * Build, improve, and maintain data and dashboards that will empower our teams to monitor their key performance indicators, make data-driven business decisions, and drive accountability. * Support our team members on their day-to-day data requests ****to ensure our operations run like a well-oiled machine. * Train our team members on understanding our data and data tools. * Deep dive into data to frame business problems and gather actionable insights and data-driven solutions, notably to our tech team. * Drive a data culture in the team with documentation and best practices, and work closely with our Central Data teams to improve data quality across the board. 🧰 YOU WILL WORK WITH SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau 🧩 ABOUT YOU To succeed in this job * You're comfortable with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau...) and languages, with solid SQL skills and ideally some Python experience * You communicate complex findings clearly, both in writing and in conversation, for technical and non-technical audiences alike * You're minimum 3 years as a data analyst * You're at ease defining and working with metrics to drive business decisions And it will be nice if you also * Are autonomous, thorough, and detail-oriented * Communicate with confidence and know how to challenge and convince your stakeholders * Love investigating issues and digging into root causes to find the right solutions * Put yourself in your users' shoes and come up with creative ideas to improve their experience * Have an entrepreneurial mindset, take ownership, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty Don't meet every single requirement? The team covers three scopes: Enterprise (managed by two Retail Project Managers), Mid-market, and international expansion across Italy and Spain. The numbers speak for themselves: by May 2026, the team had already launched more retail networks than in all of 2025 — including OGF (2,000 POS), Yves Rocher, and Prada across 9 European countries simultaneously. You'll report to the Head of Merchant Activation and work closely with Sales, Account Management, and the international teams (Italy, Spain) to ensure every merchant partnership starts strong and stays activated. This position is a CDI based in Paris. 💼 ABOUT THE JOB Own mid-market onboarding in France * Manage end-to-end onboarding of mid-market retail network accounts: project coordination, account creation, training delivery, and performance tracking for the first 3 months * Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Account Managers to ensure a seamless handover Deploy and train retail networks in Italy and Spain * Conduct training sessions in Italian and/or Spanish for in-store teams — from small boutiques to major retail networks * Coordinate deployments across markets, adapting Alma's onboarding methodology to local specificities Be the voice of the field inside Alma * Gather product feedback and verbatim from in-store staff across markets * Bring those insights back to Product and relevant teams to improve the merchant experience Keep raising the bar on activation * Constantly iterate on training formats and content — stay proactive, stay ahead * Contribute to improving the operating model and activation KPIs (SLA, quality, TPV) 💡 Your background might be in Customer Success, project management, or account management — what matters most is your ability to coordinate, communicate, and make things happen across multiple markets 🧩 ABOUT YOU To succeed in this job * 2–3 years of experience in customer success, project management, account management, or a similar client-facing role * Fluent in French, english, Italian and Spanish — this is the top priority; you'll be training in-store teams in their language * Comfortable juggling multiple accounts and priorities across markets * Strong project management skills: organized, rigorous, able to drive complex deployments end-to-end * Excellent verbal and written communication — you can explain things clearly to anyone, from a store manager to a C-level And it will be nice if you also * Are also fluent in French (a real plus for daily team life and onboarding) * Have some familiarity with the retail world or fintech/payments * Are naturally curious, empathetic, and pedagogic — you enjoy making things click for others * Are a doer with a humble attitude: you get things done without making it complicated Don't meet every single requirement? WHO YOU ARE : * Significant, proven track record in HR Operations / Personnel Administration dedicated to the French market. * Strong expertise in French labor law, local regulatory frameworks, and HR compliance policies. * Hands-on experience with internal payroll management. * Proficiency in Workday, SILAE (or equivalent payroll software like ADP), Google Drive, and Notion. * Professional fluency in French and advanced level in English. * Prior experience in an international environment.
