web, paid media, SEO and content. You'll work directly with the Lead Digital Marketing and the Performance & SEO Manager,
contributing to campaigns and projects that generate pipeline and increase our market presence across EMEA and North America.
This is a hands-on internship: you'll contribute to real campaigns and projects from day one, working closely with the Digital
Marketing Lead and the Performance & SEO Manager who will guide you as you develop practical skills in web, paid media, SEO and
content.

In direct report to french marketing managers and in collaboration with communication, performance, content, product, creatives,..., you'll assist the team to coordinate all campaigns & events sponsoring (Music Festivals, arenas, various OPS, Brand Campaign...) for Deezer french market. What you will do: * Handle plannings with all teams involved : coordinate communication (with a retro-planning on Gsheet) plans for each events with all channels involved CRM, Social Media, Acquisition, Content etc. * Creatives and following briefs for the Studio team : with our tool JIRA creation of briefs for creatives needs as for example, visuals for social network, CRM, digital campaign, invitation etc. and following of the reception of those visuals for each requests. * Analyse & report campaigns : in collaboration with involved teams (social media, influence, performance, content...) gather and analyse all the datas around an event or a campaign and collect those performance results on a dedicated Gsheet. * Then, build a presentation with all key figures to have a strong report with success and improvements of the subject. This position is only available to students in their fourth or fifth year of MBA/Master in marketing, communication, journalism or at university. Purpose of the role We are looking for a product marketing leader to drive forward Proton’s product marketing across its consumer business units, from positioning and campaigns to product launches and audience insights. You will head up the product marketing function with a wider than traditional scope, and act as an integrative function across the spectrum of the marketing team, working in partnership with digital, social, content and other teams. What you will do ● Be the voice of the customer in every conversation, leading user research initiatives to identify the right target segment and understand deeply their needs. ● Shape the value proposition across our products with a deep understanding of a user’s jobs to be done, always aspiring to redefine the category with what we put out there. ● Act as the connector between product / BU teams and the marketing team, influencing product roadmap to shape launch cadence and pushing marketing strategy upstream into key product and business decisions. ● Responsible for developing the marketing strategy and plan for all of Proton’s products, and ensure that it is well-tuned to growth goals, product roadmap and ecosystem development. ● Lead marketing teams through execution against these plans. Job requirements We are looking for an unconventional product marketing leader who marries a sharp, practical understanding of the end user, with a ● 12-15 years of experience in a product marketing role in B2C tech companies preferably in online privacy, cybersecurity, productivity and other SaaS contexts. ● Voracious early adopter of new technologies across diverse fields from privacy to artificial intelligence, and cryptocurrency to cybersecurity. ● Innate ability to understand complex and technical product, and develop human-centric messaging that is simple, but not simplistic. ● Deep experience managing marketing campaigns - with the knowledge of what levers drive various aspects of growth, from awareness to consideration, activation to monetization. ● Strong empathy for the customer, user-centric mindset, and an unwillingness to lower standards. ● Proven track-record in marketing successful product launches in fast-paced environments. ● An unconventional approach to marketing, with a preference for earned-first marketing over conventional advertising campaigns. VOS MISSIONS Au sein de l'équipe Performance Marketing B2B de Doctolib et en tant que Digital Analyst - CRO vous êtes le·la référent·e sur l'analyse web et app, les outils SEA/SEO et l’optimisation des taux de conversion sur notre site B2B. Vous rendez l'équipe autonome, bien outillée et capable d'agir sur la donnée comportementale, du premier clic jusqu'à la conversion. Vous êtes responsable du plan de tracking, de la plateforme d'expérimentation et des analyses qui transforment la donnée en améliorations concrètes du site, des parcours et des campagnes marketing. Vous évoluez dans un environnement AI-first, où l'IA est le mode de travail par défaut, pas une couche ajoutée en supplément. Vos responsabilités incluent, mais ne sont pas limitées à : 1. Analyse web et app * Prendre en main et maintenir la stack analytics web et app de l'équipe (Amplitude) * Définir et gouverner le tracking plan : events, propriétés, processus de validation, dictionnaire de données partagé * Garantir la qualité de la donnée de bout en bout, avec suivi automatisé et détection d'anomalies par IA comme base afin de minimiser les vérifications manuelles 2. Analyse SEO et paid * Construire et maintenir les analyses pour les canaux paid (Meta, Google) et SEO * Implémenter et monitorer l'infrastructure de tracking de conversion (cookie-based, Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) * Analyser la performance des landing pages par source : taux de rebond, scroll depth, micro-conversions, cohérence message/page * Produire des insights actionnables en collaboration avec les équipes paid & SEO et maintenir les dashboards de suivi de performance `3. Analyse du parcours utilisateur * Analyser le parcours complet de l'utilisateur du premier contact jusqu'à la conversion, sur le web, l'app et les touchpoints Sales * Travailler avec l'équipe Sales pour cartographier le funnel de conversion assistée : comment le marketing passe le relai aux commerciaux, où la jonction se casse * S'appuyer sur l'IA pour analyser les session recordings et les heatmaps, identifier les freins à la conversion et en tirer des recommandations actionnables 4.
