Founded in 2013, Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800
employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of
downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular
Studios like BeachBum and apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Join Cortex, a small, fast-moving studio building smart mobile puzzle games — The Almanac, a daily ritual for tens of thousands of
players, and new titles like Shikaku. We're a lean, growth-driven team backed by Voodoo. You'll sit at the heart of how we find
and convert new players.
As Cortex's Growth Manager Junior (Internship), you'll own the creative engine behind our user acquisition. Your job is to produce
a high volume of ad creatives with AI tools, test them fast, and find what makes players click and install. You'll start on
creative production and ASO, and progressively grow into monitoring and steering our UA campaigns day-to-day.
This is a junior role, ideal for a first or second professional experience — we hire on your creative output and your energy, not
your CV.

Modern brands sell everywhere: through their own online stores, marketplaces, retail, social commerce, and more. Across every channel, customers expect the same fast, reliable, and transparent experience after they buy. What used to be Amazon's exclusive advantage is now becoming the standard for every ambitious brand. We're helping them get there. Since 2018, we've built a tech-driven fulfilment platform used by 600+ brands, including Muji, Aigle, Scuffers, and Cabaïa. With 200+ Bigbluers across the UK, France, Spain, and Germany, our proprietary tech stack, and a network of 9 warehouses and over 100,000 sqm of fulfilment space across Europe, we ship millions of orders every month. And we're nowhere near done! Backed by €20M+ in funding, we're expanding across Europe and building the operating system that will power modern commerce operations at a global scale. At Bigblue, we hold ourselves to a very high bar: in the quality of our product, the rigour of our operations, and the care we bring to every merchant we work with. You'll be working alongside talented people on real, high-impact problems, in an environment where high standards come with genuine support, ownership, and room to grow. If you want your work to matter from day one, you're in the right place. Along the way, you’ll gain hands-on product expertise, sharpen your technical skills, and play a central role in shaping Bigblue’s future.
