As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for scaling BeReal worldwide, reporting to the CEO and working closely with
Voodoo’s central growth team.

TEAM Blitz is a gaming platform launched in 2021, allowing players to compete in mobile games for real cash prizes (head-up, tournaments, leagues, etc.). It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way. ROLE As a Head of Growth, you will own the scaling of a top priority game app, acting as the CMO and strategic counterpart to the CEO. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further. You will be onboarded by our Growth Central team to build a deep expertise and own the following scope : * Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games. * Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive). * Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources. * Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities. PROFILE * Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program). * 2+ years of experience in a strategy consulting or investment banking firm * Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. * Genuine interest in mobile gaming * Genuine interest in Growth, content creation, performance marketing. * Autonomous, proactive, high energy and comfortable rolling up your sleeves. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English. As Wizz continues its dynamic growth and development, we are seeking an ambitious Head of Backend Engineer to join. ROLE We are looking for : * A head of Backend Engineer who is not only technically strong but also eager to contribute to the product vision and actively participate in decision-making. * You won’t just be writing code, you’ll have a key role in shaping the architecture, scalability, and long-term strategy of Wizz. * Your ability to think beyond execution and take ownership will be crucial: we want someone who is proactive, challenges assumptions, and collaborates with product and engineering teams to create a robust, scalable, and innovative platform. YOUR MISSION: * Lead the backend team at Wizz of 4 Senior Backend Engineer, be responsible of the strategy * Own the backend architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability for millions of users. * Collaborate closely with product teams to shape and influence product decisions with a strong technical perspective. * Design, implement, deploy, and maintain highly scalable and available backend systems, including features that enhance user safety and content moderation. * Integrate and manage third-party services (e.g., analytics, moderation, cloud tools) to ensure a secure and seamless user experience. * Define and promote best practices in reliability, observability, and infrastructure management. * Contribute to backend infrastructure evolution, ensuring that it supports rapid product iterations, responsible growth, and a safe environment for our users. * Improve system performance and scalability, particularly around high-traffic distributed systems. ROLE As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. Your mission is simple: grow the game aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further.
