🧡 ABOUT ALMA At Alma, we believe sustainable commerce depends on fair, well‑balanced trade. Because finance plays a pivotal role in business, our mission is to put it back in its rightful place - serving merchants and consumers. Our installment and deferred payment solutions help merchants boost sales by 20% or more, increase customer loyalty, and deliver a seamless shopping experience - without encouraging bad debt. As the buy now pay later leader in France and active in 10 European countries, we've empowered over +25,000 merchants and 10 million consumers. With 380+ Almakers and €100M+ ARR, Alma is scaling rapidly across Europe as a member of the Next40, and we're just getting started! 👐 ABOUT THE TEAM Alma is scaling fast across Europe. 380+ Almakers, €100M+ ARR, 25,000+ merchants, 10 European markets. One Revenue org, several very different markets, buyers, competitors, and macro dynamics to master. To keep winning as we scale, we need to sharpen every conversation — in every country, at every stage of the funnel. You'll join the Revenue Enablement team, sitting inside the Revenue org and reporting directly to the Revenue Enablement Lead, one hop away from the CRO. The team is small (2 today, 3 with you) but its scope covers everything that makes the field better: onboarding, playbooks, coaching, tooling, training, activation. If it helps 100+ Revenue team members win, retain and expand across 8+ markets, it's ours. This specific role is the missing piece. You will capture the signals shaping tomorrow's market — macro shifts, buyer behavior, technology moves, regulatory changes, competitive dynamics — and translate them into winning arguments Alma reps use in today's deals. Not a content creator. Not a pure strategist. A translator between where the world is going and what happens in the next call, the next deal, the next quarter. You spot where the market is going. You make the field win today. This position is a CDI based in Paris. 💼 ABOUT THE JOB Read the market and turn it into winning arguments (30%) * Capture the signals that will shape tomorrow's deals: macro shifts (consumer behavior, credit cycles, regulation), buyer priorities per market and persona, technology moves, and competitive dynamics. * Translate them into concrete arguments reps can use in the next call: talk tracks, ROI angles, objection responses, discovery hooks, positioning frameworks. If it doesn't reach the field in usable form, it doesn't count. Create Revenue content that wins deals (30%) * Build personalized case study narratives — not templates, but stories that make merchants want to buy. Define the arc, the voice-over, the pitch coaching that goes with it. * Co-produce revenue decks, pitch frameworks, ROI presentations and leave-behinds — each one crafted to persuade, not just inform. * Partner with PMM on competitive intelligence and turn their strategic output into field-ready weapons: battle cards, head-to-head comparisons, quick-response sheets. Train teams to actually use it (25%) * Ship every asset with an activation plan: when to use it, with whom, how to deliver it, what to avoid. * Run pitch clinics, storytelling workshops and role plays — make reps practice, not just read. Track adoption and fix what isn't used. Build AI agents to scale (15%) * Design and deploy AI agents (Dust, LLMs) for market monitoring, content freshness auditing, first-draft generation and contextual content surfacing for reps. * Push the boundary of what can be automated vs. what requires human judgment. 🧰 YOU WILL WORK WITH Gong • Salesforce • Looker • Notion • Dust (Alma's internal AI platform) • LLMs (Claude, GPT) 🧩 ABOUT YOU To succeed in this job * You are deeply, restlessly curious. Not necessarily passionate about payments — almost nobody is at first, and that's fine. But passionate about understanding. Whatever the topic hits your desk, you dig until you get it. You form your own convictions and you come to the table with an opinion. Ready to defend it with data. Equally ready to change your mind when someone shows you something better. You listen more than you speak, and when you speak, it matters. * You are commit. When you own something, you own it end to end. No half-baked work. No blaming the brief. You care about the craft and you sweat the details — because that's what makes a pitch land or fall flat. * You have 3-5 years of experience close to live deals — ex-PMM with heavy field exposure, ex-AE/AM, or ex-consultant with GTM experience. You understand what happens between a discovery call and a signed contract. * You are a storyteller, written and verbal. You can make a payment case study feel compelling to a CFO in Munich and a Head of E-commerce in Milan — differently. * You are AI-native. You don't just "use ChatGPT." You build agents, design automated workflows, and think in systems. AI is your superpower to scale, not your replacement. And it will be nice if you also * Have worked across multiple European markets (selling in Germany is not selling in Spain — you get it). * Have formal coaching or training experience. * Speak an additional European language (Italian, Spanish, German). * Have experience in Fintech or Payment industry. Don't meet every single requirement? At Alma, we believe great hires come from diverse paths. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity and the ability to grow as much as experience. 🧘 WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU If you join, you will be able to grow and impact on: * Ownership from day one. No pre-existing playbook to follow. You define the frameworks, the quality standards, the measurement model — all yours to build. * Direct impact on 100+ Revenue team members across 8+ European markets. Your content shapes how Alma shows up in every merchant conversation — every day. * AI as a real superpower, not a buzzword. You'll build agents on Dust (our internal AI platform), automate the mundane, and spend your time on the work only a human can do: craft, judgment, storytelling. * Direct access to the CRO and Revenue leadership. Short feedback loops, real decision power, room to grow the scope over time toward broader Revenue Marketing. 🤑 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive salary based on 12 months * Profit-sharing and employee savings plan * Health insurance: 100% covered by Alma including family package * Disability insurance: 100% covered by Alma * Sport: partnerships with Gymlib and Classpass, or €30/month reimbursement for your sports activities * Maternity/paternity leave: salary maintained at 100% during leave with no seniority requirement. Return to work at 4/5 schedule paid at 100% for 8 weeks. * Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD): €544.80/year (excluding full-remote contracts) * Meal vouchers: €10/day, 50% covered by Alma * Mental health: free access to MindDay platform * Paid time off: 25 days/year ****(+ additional paid leave granted for employees on executive contracts) * Access to our Learning & Development Platform * 2 weeks of full remote possible per year in summer 🎯 INTERVIEW PROCESS * Video call with a Talent Acquisition team member to understand your path, motivation & present you the role. * Video call with your future manager to deep dive the role, the team, your profile and answer all your questions. * Case study presentation with 2 - 3 team members (ideally in house) to assess your practical knowledge**.** * 1 or 2 additional interviews customized to the role's level to further assess your skills and team fit. 🌍 DIVERSITY & INCLUSION At Alma, we believe that diversity fuels innovation and makes our community stronger. We are committed to building a workplace where every person feels seen, respected, and empowered to do their best work whatever their gender, background, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability or lived experience. As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applicants from all walks of life, and all employment decisions are made based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
