Conduct deep fundamental research on software & technology companies 2. Perform strategic due diligence and financial analysis on publicly listed and privately owned software & technology companies 3. Leverage both quantitative modelling and qualitative insights generation through expert interviews 4. Collaborate with a strong team of peers and experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants contributing to the research 5. Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments 6. Communicate your research findings internally and externally 7. Naturally grow in the team to take on more and more responsibilities and develop yourself as a strong professional 8. Daily monitoring of the already identified companies 9. Key technologies: Alternative Data, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning and Quantitative Analysis.   The Growth & Sales Analyst - ESG Solutions Apprentice Role As part of SESAMm’s International Sales Team, you will support Sales Managers in optimizing our lead generation workflows and pipeline efficiency, with a strong focus on leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to enhance business outcomes. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong business acumen and a keen interest in applying data-driven methods to modern sales strategies. You will be exposed to cutting-edge analytics and AI-driven products, engaging with high-level stakeholders (C-levels, Heads of Innovation, Data Science leads, CIOs, etc.) in Private Equity, Asset Management, Insurance, and Corporates. Occasional travel may be required. KEY ACTIVITIES * CRM & AI-Driven Lead Generation: Research and qualify prospects using both manual and automated approaches. Implement and iterate on AI tools (e.g., agent workflows, scraping tools, enrichment APIs) to identify new leads and improve the sales funnel. * Data-Driven Prospecting: Manage and segment cold and warm lead pools.
