Technician internship that will sit at the heart of the company’s day-to-day operations, with a real path to a permanent role.
Reporting to the Head of Security, you are the day-to-day IT point of contact for every team. You make sure everyone has a
reliable, secure and well-equipped working environment, from a new joiner’s first day through to everyday support. You work both
on-site (hardware, network, workstations) and remotely.
This is a hands-on, varied internship, ideal for a student who wants to gain real experience in a modern IT and security
environment, with close mentoring along the way. A permanent role may follow a successful internship.

You will be trained by the Head of Security on the full security and IT stack we operate (Entra ID, Defender, network, internal
infrastructure). You will contribute directly to our compliance goals (SOC 2, ISO 27001) by securing every device in the company,
and you will take part in budget optimization (licenses, hardware, vendors). The scope grows with you.

Main Responsibilities : You will support and strengthen the Ankorstore Corporate IT team by providing reliable L1/L2 technical support to all employees, contributing to Identity & Access Management (IAM/SSO), managing endpoints through MDM solutions, and automating recurring IT processes. The goal is to improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of the corporate IT infrastructure at an international scale. * L1/L2 Support: Provide technical support to users on macOS and Windows environments, diagnose and resolve incidents (peripherals, network, SaaS apps), and manage tickets through Jira Service Management in compliance with SLAs. * Access Management & SSO: Administer user access rights, configure MFA, manage security groups in Azure AD / Entra ID, troubleshoot SSO issues (SAML, OIDC), and contribute to SCIM provisioning deployment. * Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare and execute arrival/departure checklists, create and configure user accounts, provision workstations, and manage the employee access lifecycle. * MDM & Endpoint Management: Administer Intune (Windows) and Mosyle (macOS), manage device enrollment, ensure endpoint compliance, and collaborate with the security team on EDR tools (e.g. CrowdStrike). * Automation & Continuous Improvement: Develop PowerShell, Bash and/or Python scripts, build automation workflows via Okta Workflows or Power Automate, document processes, and contribute to the IT knowledge base. As a Network Engineer II on the Office Technology team, you will implement and support office network solutions across Datadog’s global offices. You will own well-scoped deployment and upgrade work, troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi, and partner with senior engineers on larger designs and cross-office initiatives. You will collaborate closely with vendors, Facilities, AV, IT Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams to keep Datadog offices connected, reliable, and observable. This is an IC2 role with a mix of project work and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of clearly defined areas of the office network stack, execute production changes with care, and grow your ability to design, automate, and improve office network services with support from senior engineers.
