DEINE AUFGABEN We are looking for an AI Manager (m/f/x) who operates reliably across multiple concurrent engagements - or at the scale of a single large, complex program - with our partner companies, from DAX corporations to leading “Mittelstand” companies. You are a trusted strategic advisor at C-suite level who maintains client leadership relationships beyond any single project, drives follow-on work, and is recognized as a named advisor for a topic or agenda. Internally, you shape our offerings, develop a signature area within appliedAI, and build the systems, methodologies, and governance that enable our delivery to scale. You work closely with our (Technical) AI Strategists, AI Engineers, and adjacent teams such as Enablement & Change and Trustworthy AI, while co-owning the further development of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space. Your tasks will include * Steer a portfolio of engagements. Manage multiple concurrent projects or large-scale complex programs for our partner companies; build the structures, processes, and governance that enable scalable, high-quality delivery across parallel workstreams * Be a trusted strategic advisor to client leadership. Maintain enduring C-suite relationships that transcend individual initiatives; orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder engagements; bring executive presence and structured narratives to influence direction across the client’s leadership ecosystem * Drive follow-on business and grow accounts. Formalize pipeline coming out of delivery, shape the next-phase narrative, align stakeholders, and co-lead proposals and negotiations (scope choices, commercials, staffing strategy) - while actively improving account economics through scope control, change requests, and utilization discipline * Shape appliedAI’s offerings and signature area. Design and improve methodologies for systematic problem-solving across multiple domains; develop a recognized signature area within appliedAI; link insights to create thought leadership and new client opportunities (e.g., talk, article, case, reusable playbook) * Lead cross-team and internal initiatives. Represent appliedAI in cross-team initiatives, influence delivery standards and ways of working, and lead internal initiatives that build organizational capacity for cross-functional excellence * Develop people and grow the next generation of leaders. Invest time to teach and coach others; model an apprenticeship culture; manage teams through complex situations; create deliberate learning opportunities for junior colleagues and develop AI Project Leads / Senior AI Consultants into their next level * Deliver measurable business impact. Drive significant, quantifiable business improvements across multiple teams or departments at our clients; own outcomes that shift performance metrics at department level, including leveraging advancements like AI agents to unlock new value * Stay at the frontier of AI. The role… The Project Director – Soho House Flatiron is a role leading the overall development of a new flagship, Soho House by Q2 2028. The role will coordinate across design, development and operations departments, as well as external consultant team and key stakeholders, to lead the planning, construction and pre-opening phases of the project. In addition to managing the day-to-day physical realization of the project, a central objective of the role is to ensure the project’s highly qualitative execution directly contributes to wider Group business goals of enhancing member experience and improving member retention in New York and the Americas. Owing to the project’s highly complex nature, large scale and multiple internal stakeholders, the role is therefore the key player in ensuring its successful delivery and without which the project could not proceed. This role will work hand in hand with the Soho Flatiron Operations Director. Main Duties Business Leader * Clear communicator, conveying design and construction standards and requirements. Provide thoughtful and expert led decision making to reduce to an absolute minimum any design mistakes / flaws, saving time and money throughout the project. You will use experience from previous roles as well as notes from a thorough and detailed review of all build, design and operational issues/learnings from the management team. Design / Operations Integration * A collaborative partnership with the key Design and Operations directors executing the project is essential to the role. Responsible today to implement forward-looking, future-proofing design and operational decisions that consider the 5- and 10-year horizons of project life. Communication * Work with local officials (state, county and city) to provide appropriate and timely information to maintain excellent relationships and a high reputation in the district. Partner with the Operations director to form an internal “Soho House Flatiron Board” comprised of key business and equity stakeholders and institute regular, monthly Board Meetings to update on project progress as well as raise critical issues and urgent decisions. This is a Science Industry Process Plant Engineer (SIPPE) Level 6 Apprenticeship, combining workplace learning with academic study. JOB DESCRIPTION What You'll Be Doing * Supporting qualification and validation activities for equipment, systems, and manufacturing processes. * Assisting in the preparation, review, and execution of validation documentation. * Supporting deviation investigations, CAPAs, and change control activities. * Assisting with requalification and periodic review activities to maintain the validated state. * Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) and GAMP-related activities where required. * Ensuring compliance with GMP, Data Integrity, and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements.
