We're looking for a Legal Counsel available ASAP for a Freelance mission or a short term contact ROLE What will be your main challenges? * As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP/Litigation team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs with a particular focus on intellectual property matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP protection, enforcement strategy, trademark portfolio management and litigation matters. * This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced and creative environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to work across a diverse range of products and business teams: from mobile games to social media platforms.. Key Responsibilities: * IP Protection: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, copyright and trademark enforcement matters, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company’s global IP portfolio and protection of its brands, products and content. * Commercial Support: Assist on a variety of agreements and legal matters across Voodoo’s products and activities, with a particular focus on IP-related provision, licensing, protection and risk management.
