Our mission and customers: We are creating the freedom for SMEs to succeed by delivering Europe's leading finance workspace with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 55,000+ reviews. Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75 (more about our culture here).
Our journey: Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000+ customers across 8 European countries. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started.
Our beliefs: We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, of which 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity isn't a program; It's who we are. We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because the best teams are built on merit.
AI at Qonto: AI is deeply embedded in how we work (here) - Every Qontoer gets unlimited access to the best AI tools. We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it.
Join us as a Partnerships Growth Ops to turn Qonto's partnership channel into a scalable, high-performing acquisition engine. You'll design and build the systems that automate how we manage partners — from acquisition to engagement — and make this channel a strategic growth driver across 8 European markets. You will report to Alexandre Laloo, our Head of Growth Operations.
➡️ What you'll do
Automate the partnerships funnel: Identify, design, and ship internal solutions that eliminate manual workflows across the partner management lifecycle.
Solve high-impact problems: Diagnose the biggest inefficiencies in the partnerships channel and craft solutions that maximise value while minimising operational cost.
Own the channel roadmap: Take full ownership of the partnerships roadmap, working autonomously with sales, marketing, PMs, country managers, and senior leadership.
Orchestrate cross-functional delivery: Drive projects across Engineering, Ops, and Business teams — align stakeholders, unblock dependencies, deliver results.
Build hands-on: Craft POCs, manipulate data, create AI agents, work side by side with partnerships managers. You ship, not just spec.
➡️ What we're looking for
Growth & technical background: 5+ years in growth-focused roles with real technical acumen. You're comfortable building solutions, not just requesting them — SQL, automation tools, AI agents.
Product Manager mindset: You research the true roots of a problem before jumping to solutions. Customer-focused, data-driven, methodical in your approach.
Cross-functional leadership: Proven experience managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders at different seniority levels. You align people and keep things moving.
Problem-solving over process: You identify what matters most, design solutions that balance impact with constraints, and think both short-term wins and long-term scalability.
Builder mentality: You seek out information, ask questions across the organisation, and spot opportunities others miss. You don't wait for a brief — you write it.
➡️ What we can offer you
A Growth Ops model built like a product org: The team operates through product manager positions, driving innovation through a structure inspired by the best product & tech organisations. 20 people, strong performance culture, real tech appetite.
A modern stack with AI at the core: You'll work with talented engineers on a growth & tech stack where AI is already embedded — not aspirational.
Direct impact on revenue: The partnerships channel is a strategic priority. What you build directly drives acquisition and partner engagement across European markets.
➡️ Your future manager
Your manager will be Alexandre Laloo, Head of Growth Operations.
His path? 4+ years at Qonto, growing from Lead Growth Operations to heading a team of 20. Before Qonto: Data Product Manager at sennder (German unicorn) and co-founder of a legal tech startup. His career sits at the intersection of growth, data, and technology.
What does he bring to the team? Alexandre runs Qonto's Growth Engine. He gives his team real ownership and expects them to leverage technology and AI to scale impact. He'll push you to think bigger and ship faster — with the autonomy to figure out how.
