Our growth is driving us to strengthen our HPC / AI Tribe team to support our fast-growing portfolio of large-scale GPU infrastructure and AI/ML workloads.
Your mission will be to act as the primary technical contact for our clients and prospects during the first phases of their projects in order to resolve complex infrastructure challenges, design tailored GPU cluster solutions, and accelerate sales closing.

You will be part of a team of experts dedicated to high-performance computing and AI, operating within a wider organization backed by the resources of the Iliad Group. This role focuses on high-visibility, European-scale projects with a strong focus on digital sovereignty. You will work in close collaboration with the Head of GTM GPU, as well as our Hardware, Product, Network, and Marketing teams to build custom, cutting-edge solutions for global clients.
Prepare and actively participate in technical client presentations
Deeply understand and analyze clients' AI workloads (including training, fine-tuning, inference, agents, and RAG)
Qualify and translate client technical constraints (computational infrastructure, networking, data) into business value
Engage closely with technical contacts and C-level executives to build trust and long-term relationships
Design, plan, blueprint, and provision custom GPU clusters and distributed architectures
Organize and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate technical viability
Partner internally across HPC, Product, Hardware, Network, and Sales teams to build bespoke infrastructures
Collaborate with sales teams to accelerate the closing process on large-scale deals
Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to contribute to the continuous improvement of our GPU Cluster product lines
Anticipate market needs and participate in defining future services along with their associated service level agreements (SLAs)
3 to 8 years of experience in a technical pre-sales engineering role, ideally within an Hyperscaler or Neocloud environment
Strong expertise in Cloud Architecture (IaaS / PaaS) and B2B complex sales cycles
Deep knowledge of GPU Architecture / GPU Clusters (NVIDIA, AMD) and container orchestration (Kubernetes GPU)
Familiarity with distributed systems and high-performance storage solutions (Slurm, Lustre, VAST, DDN, CUDA)
Solid command of advanced networking protocols for HPC ecosystems (InfiniBand / RDMA)
Familiarity with AI training, inference stacks, and MLOps architectures
Excellent business and technical English (both written and spoken) for a worldwide scope
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with both highly technical engineers and C-level executives
Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to bridge the gap between product engineering and sales teams
