As a Product Manager II for APM, you will work with world-class engineers, designers, and partner product teams to shape the future of Distributed Tracing, Performance Analysis, and Intelligent Troubleshooting. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.   What you will Do:  * Develop a deep understanding of APM customers, their performance challenges, telemetry workflows, and competitors  * Lead conversations with design partners and strategic customers to uncover real-world performance issues, validate product assumptions, and guide solutions from early prototypes through General Availability * Define and deliver the next generation of APM features with engineering and design, especially agentic onboarding and the out of the box experience, AI-driven troubleshooting and root-cause analysis * Make complex performance data, traces, and systems behavior understandable and actionable, even for engineers who are new to observability * Drive discussions with engineers, design and other PM teams by providing clearly articulated problem statements to deliver seamless cross-product experiences and unified investigative workflows * Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, support, and other cross-functional groups to define Go-To-Market for your features * Track adoption, retention and measure impact for your product and iterate rapidly based on data and customer conversations   Who you are:  * You have 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally working on a developer-focused SaaS or infrastructure product * You have experience working on production-level AI projects, from conception through launch and iteration, ideally involving ML-driven insights, automated workflows or intelligent guidance in complex systems * You have prior engineering experience or deep expertise in modern software development and distributed systems * You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are comfortable presenting and defending product decisions to cross functional stakeholders * You are highly customer-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to high quality standards * You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and enjoy both scaling mature products and building new ones from the ground up * You enjoy using AI to explore ideas, quickly prototype and then validate with customers to shape the roadmap * Bonus: Experience with cloud applications, distributed tracing, performance analysis, microservices or profiling technologies; fluency in programming languages   Datadog values people from all walks of life. As a Network Engineer II on the Office Technology team, you will implement and support office network solutions across Datadog’s global offices. You will own well-scoped deployment and upgrade work, troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi, and partner with senior engineers on larger designs and cross-office initiatives. You will collaborate closely with vendors, Facilities, AV, IT Support, Security, and Infrastructure teams to keep Datadog offices connected, reliable, and observable. This is an IC2 role with a mix of project work and day-to-day operations. You will take ownership of clearly defined areas of the office network stack, execute production changes with care, and grow your ability to design, automate, and improve office network services with support from senior engineers. You will also use AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve troubleshooting, documentation, automation, knowledge discovery, and operational follow-through. What You’ll Do:  * Deploy and configure network solutions for new and existing offices, including switches, wireless access points, routers, and firewalls * Own scoped portions of office rollouts and upgrade projects, from planning through execution and validation * Partner with ISPs, cabling providers, hardware vendors, and internal teams to turn up new services and resolve issues * Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi issues using structured debugging methods, packet capture, logs, and performance data * Manage routing, VLAN, firewall, and wireless configurations following team standards and change-management processes * Contribute to repeatable deployment patterns through templates, documentation, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code * Monitor office network health using Datadog dashboards and other tooling, and participate in incident response and post-incident reviews * Maintain clear documentation for designs, runbooks, deployment procedures, and operational workflows * Collaborate with and provide network guidance to Office Technology Administrators, IT Support, Facilities, AV, Security, and Infrastructure partners * Help maintain office network standards, hardware lifecycle plans, and operational consistency across global sites * Apply AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to reduce operational toil, improve runbooks, summarize incidents or investigations, and make network operations more repeatable and observable. Who You Are:  * Grounded in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and wireless concepts * Experienced working hands-on with enterprise network equipment such as switches, access points, routers, and firewalls * Comfortable executing production changes, validating outcomes, and escalating when risk or ambiguity increases * Able to troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues using logs, packet captures, monitoring data, and clear hypotheses * Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and interested in improving runbooks, documentation, and operational processes * A clear communicator who can work effectively with technical and non-technical partners across offices and time zones * Excited to grow your depth in network engineering, observability, automation, and secure office connectivity * AI-fluent in your day-to-day work: you use AI-assisted tools to learn, troubleshoot, document, and automate, while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.   Bonus Points: * Experience with Meraki, Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar enterprise networking platforms * Familiarity with Datadog or other monitoring and observability tools * Scripting or automation experience, for example Python, Ansible, Terraform, or vendor APIs * Experience supporting multiple office sites, hybrid office environments, office buildouts, or office relocations * Familiarity with secure network practices such as segmentation, VPNs, NAC, firewall policy, or zero trust networking Datadog values people from all walks of life.
