Ton équipe : Tu rejoins une équipe pluridisciplinaire : Lead Data & AI Engineer, Data & AI Engineer et Product Manager travaillent main dans la main pour garantir l’impact de nos actions chez nos clients.   Tu interviens de façon transverse sur deux types de sujets : - Data Engineering : architecture data, pipelines, data warehouses, fiabilisation et transformation des données - IA / Data Science : modélisation prédictive, ML, computer vision, MLOps   Tes futures missions : - Concevoir et livrer des solutions Data Engineering de bout en bout sur des environnements Cloud (pipelines ETL/ELT, modélisation de données, data warehouse) - Concevoir et livrer des solutions IA / Data Science de bout en bout (R&D, entraînement, évaluation, mise en production et MLOps) - Travailler sur des sujets IA traditionnelle (prédiction, détection…) et IA générative (RAG, agents…), dans des secteurs variés (santé, fintech, retail, public…) - Produire un code de qualité, débugger efficacement et mener des investigations techniques actionnables - Participer au développement de Theodo Data & IA selon tes envies (recrutement, avant-vente, formation interne…)   Tes perspectives d’évolution : Selon tes envies et tes compétences, tu pourras : - devenir expert·e sur les sujets techniques qui te passionnent - devenir lead grâce au développement de compétences transverses (coaching, recrutement, commercial, management…) - monter une tribe ou une guilde pour développer une nouvelle offre   Une méthodologie basée sur l’apprentissage continu : Chez Theodo, nous avons construit notre approche tech autour d’une conviction forte : on développe d’abord les personnes, avant de développer les produits.   Notre Lean Tech® System met l’accent sur l’apprentissage continu : tu évolueras dans un environnement qui investit sur le long terme, où l’objectif est de te permettre de progresser chaque jour, tout en construisant des produits utiles et performants pour nos clients.   Profil recherché : - Tu es diplômé·e d’une école d’ingénieur (Bac+5), avec au moins 2 ans d’expérience professionnelle - Tu es passionné·e par l’IA, le code et la data - Tu es à l’aise en Python et curieux·se des Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Tu es orienté·e création de valeur : tu t’intéresses à l’activité du client, pas seulement à la tech - Tu es pédagogue et pertinent·e en revue de code et en pair programming - Tu fais preuve d’exigence sur la qualité du code et de rigueur dans ton quotidien   Pour information : - Le poste est proposé en CDI, basé depuis nos locaux à Paris. - Le salaire proposé dépend du niveau d’expérience de chacun : nous en parlons toujours dès le premier appel téléphonique.   Déroulement des entretiens : Si ton parcours retient notre attention, voici le process qu’on te propose : - un appel téléphonique de 30 minutes avec un membre de l’équipe recrutement, pour comprendre tes critères de recherche - un entretien d’une heure avec le recruteur ou la recruteuse avec qui tu as échangé à la première étape, pour parler plus en détail de ton parcours et te présenter Theodo - un entretien de pair programming d’une heure - un entretien de simulation client sur un sujet Data d’une heure - un échange de 30 minutes avec un membre de l’équipe dirigeante   Notre process dure 1 semaine en moyenne.   Tu seras accompagné(e) par un membre de l’équipe de recrutement qui sera là pour te coacher tout au long du process.

YOUR IMPACT We are looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join the Panda Team (Data & ML Operations) in Data & AI Platform team. Your mission will be to build and maintain secure ML pipelines in production, transforming how we handle healthcare data at scale. You will work in a feature team developing critical data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making while protecting patient privacy across millions of users. Working in the tech team at Doctolib means building innovative products and features to improve the daily lives of care teams and patients. WHAT YOU'LL BUILD Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Design and implement end-to-end ML model pipelines in production (LLM and custom models) with robust deployment, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks * Own data pseudo-anonymization architecture within ingestion services, converting Tier 0 (personal identifiers) to Tier 1 (anonymized data) while ensuring data quality and model performance * Build and maintain secure data export services with ML-based threat detection to prevent attack vectors (SQL injection, etc.) using adaptive models rather than manual rules * Manage golden datasets and implement production model evaluation frameworks to ensure anonymization quality and system reliability * Build and maintain data pipelines that efficiently extract, transform, and load data from various sources, handling multiple data formats (text, images, audio, video) * Implement automation and orchestration tools using ML orchestration platforms (MLflow, Braintrust, or similar) to streamline infrastructure provisioning and reduce manual effort * Monitor data and ML platforms for performance, reliability, and security; identify and troubleshoot issues proactively * Mentor team members on MLOps expertise and best practices to reduce knowledge silos and build organizational capability LIFE AT DOCTOLIB TECH * Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to country and healthcare specialty requirements. * Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native. * We leverage AI ethically across our products to empower patients and health professionals.
