With 380+ Almakers and €100M+ ARR, Alma is scaling rapidly across Europe as a member of the Next40, and we're just getting started! 👐 ABOUT THE TEAM You will join the Product Analytics team, currently composed of Louis and Camille, embedded within the wider Data Analytics organization (Eng > Data & AI > Data Analytics). The team's mission is to enable the Product organization through data — from discovery to impact measurement. You will report to Louis, Product Analytics Manager, and collaborate closely with a product organization of 11 Product Managers, Product Design, and Product Marketing teams. You will own the Core Tribe, which sits at the heart of Alma's product — covering financial flows, risk & scoring, and payment lifecycle. The PMs in this tribe are notably data-savvy, making it a particularly exciting scope to work on. This position is a CDI based in Paris. 💼 ABOUT THE JOB Be the data partner for the Core Tribe * Work hand in hand with 3 product squads (Core Finance, Risks, Payment Lifecycle) to assess the impact of key initiatives, support discoveries, and provide data-driven recommendations that directly influence product prioritization. Own and scale the analytics foundations of your scope * Audit existing models and pipelines, revamp key data models, and build the dashboards needed to track your tribe's most important metrics — ensuring data is reliable, accessible, and actionable. Design and run experiments * Implement A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product features with statistical rigor, helping squads make confident, evidence-based decisions. Raise the bar across the Product Analytics team * Contribute to internal tooling, challenge existing approaches, and help define best practices that improve the whole team's standards and impact — not just your own perimeter. 🧰 YOU WILL WORK WITH SQL, BigQuery, dbt, Argo Workflow, Looker, Google Colab, Claude Code, Segment, Rudderstack, Python 🧩 ABOUT YOU To succeed in this job * 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Analytics, preferably in a fast-growing tech or fintech environment * Strong proficiency in SQL and solid grasp of statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies (A/B testing, significance, causality) * Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Genuine curiosity and eagerness to work with AI-assisted tools (Claude Code) as part of your daily workflow * Proficiency in French & English And it will be nice if you also * Are comfortable with Python for data manipulation and analysis * Have hands-on experience with dbt, BigQuery, or GCP * Have worked with tracking tools such as Segment or Rudderstack * Hold a degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or similar) Don't meet every single requirement? At Alma, we believe great hires come from diverse paths. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply. We value potential, curiosity and the ability to grow as much as experience. 🧘 ABOUT THE ROLE If you join, you will be able to grow and impact on: * A team with serious momentum — the Product Analytics team went from 1 analyst at end of 2024 to 3 today. You'll be joining at a pivotal moment, with a lot still to build in terms of tools, processes, and best practices. * Full ownership of a high-stakes tribe — the Core Tribe covers the financial, risk, and payment foundations of Alma. You'll have a clear perimeter and real latitude to shape how data is used within it, alongside data-savvy PMs who speak your language. * Broad impact beyond your scope — from month 9, you'll be expected to contribute to raising standards across the whole Product Analytics team. This is a role where growth is structural, not just a promise. 🤑 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive salary based on 12 months * Profit-sharing and employee savings plan * Health insurance: 100% covered by Alma including family package * Disability insurance: 100% covered by Alma * Sport: partnerships with Gymlib and Classpass, or €30/month reimbursement for your sports activities * Maternity/paternity leave: salary maintained at 100% during leave with no seniority requirement. Return to work at 4/5 schedule paid at 100% for 8 weeks. * Sustainable Mobility Package (FMD): €544.80/year (excluding full-remote contracts) * Meal vouchers: €10/day, 50% covered by Alma * Mental health: free access to MindDay platform * Paid time off: 25 days/year (+ additional paid leave granted for employees on executive contracts) * Access to our Learning & Development Platform * 2 weeks of full remote possible per year in summer 🎯 INTERVIEW PROCESS * Video call with a Talent Acquisition team member to understand your path, motivation & present you the role. * Video call with your future manager to deep dive the role, the team, your profile and answer all your questions. * Case study presentation with 2 - 3 team members (ideally in house) to assess your practical knowledge. * 1 or 2 additional interviews customized to the role's level to further assess your skills and team fit. 🌍 DIVERSITY & INCLUSION At Alma, we believe that diversity fuels innovation and makes our community stronger. We are committed to building a workplace where every person feels seen, respected, and empowered to do their best work whatever their gender, background, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability or lived experience. Join us as a Product Manager to build the accounting products that will make Qonto the default finance workspace for SMEs across Germany and beyond. You'll own our accounting expansion in the German market end-to-end — shaping the product strategy, deepening our local offering, and defining what we build next — in one of the most fragmented and locally complex domains in fintech: German accounting, bookkeeping, and the DATEV ecosystem. You will report to Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. ➡️ What you'll do Own your product roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build, why, and in what order — working with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship features that make a real difference for SMEs and their accountants in Germany. Go deep on German accounting workflows and develop a sharp understanding of how accounting actually works in Germany. Define and execute the German accounting strategy by understanding customer needs, evaluating what to build vs. partner on, and shaping an offer that's genuinely useful to German SMEs, not just a localized version of what works elsewhere. Ship faster with AI: Use AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, Claude) and leverage AI as a product lever, identifying where automation and intelligence can transform accounting from a chore into a competitive advantage. Challenge the status quo: Question assumptions, prototype fast, and push for the best possible product. Work with maximum squad autonomy: Your squad owns its roadmap, picks its approaches, and ships independently. No layers of approval, no waiting on committees. ➡️ What we're looking for Deep German accounting domain expertise as you've worked at or closely with a German accounting-tech company. 5+ years as a Product Manager: Concrete examples of products you took from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled. You think in outcomes, not features, and you're comfortable making hard trade-offs. AI-native workflow: You use AI to supercharge how you work — from research and analysis to spec writing and user testing. You see AI as a product lever, not just a productivity hack. German fluency, strong English: You're able to navigate the German market natively — accounting is intensely local, and firsthand understanding of the landscape matters. Strong English is required to work cross-functionally across Qonto's European teams. ➡️ What we can offer you A market being completely transformed: You'll be building Qonto's accounting offer in this market from the ground up and shaping the strategy. Squad autonomy as the default: You own your decisions and ship without red tape. No committees, no approval chains. Unlimited access to the best AI tools: Claude, Dust, Notion AI, Cursor, Copilot — every tool you need, no permission required. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. His path? Paul was CPO and co-founder at Semana (3+ years), Head of Product at BCG Digital Ventures, and CPO at Tiime — an accounting-tech platform — for nearly 4 years. Before that, he led product at AppTurbo, managing a team of designers, data analysts, and POs. He joined Qonto in 2025 to build the accounting product line. He knows the accounting domain from the inside, he's built products for it before. What does he bring to the team? Real ownership for his PMs. You define the vision for your scope and you're accountable for the results. His approach: hire great people, give them context and autonomy, and create an environment where the best ideas win.

You'll own a brand-new scope — monitoring KYC/KYB funnels, remediation campaigns, and financial exposure — working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control, under the guidance of Alma, our Lead Data Analyst. 👩💻🧑💻 As a Data Analyst at Qonto, you will Build compliance process monitoring from scratch: You'll build and own the data infrastructure that powers compliance monitoring at Qonto — from onboarding funnel analytics to remediation financial exposure — giving product, operations and compliance teams the self-service tools they need to make decisions without waiting on a data request. Model and transform data with dbt: With the collaboration of Analytics Engineer Team, you'll build end-to-end transformation pipelines from source to consumption layer, keeping metric definitions clean and trusted by non-technical stakeholders. Turn regulatory questions into self-service assets: You'll partner with Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, and Internal Control to scope and ship analytical tools Own the KYC/KYB funnel analytics end-to-end: You'll deliver insights from CS initiation through KYB validation — refusal reasons, document gaps, lead-time distributions — so teams can act on friction fast. Track remediation campaigns and financial exposure: You'll measure MRR secured, at risk, or lost across active campaigns, with peak intensity in Q4 (budget season) and May–June (reforecast). 🤔 What you can expect A greenfield, strategically critical scope: Qonto is under close regulatory scrutiny — you'll build analytics foundations that matter company-wide, not just for your team. Senior, cross-functional exposure from day one: Product, Ops, Risk & Compliance, Internal Control — few DA roles give you this breadth of senior stakeholder access at this level. Real ownership in the Modern Data Stack: You'll build in Omni and dbt with a high degree of autonomy — no legacy to untangle, just foundations to create. A team where AI is a first-class tool: Unlimited access to AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and more) to evolve how you work, not just output more. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Alma, our Lead Data Analyst for Ops & Finance. Alma knows exactly what it takes to build an analytics function that actually changes decisions, and she'll push you to do the same. Alma reports to Erwan, Director of Business Analytics who oversees the entire Analytics function and ensures alignment across teams. 🏅 About You Compliance or regulated environment experience: You've worked analytically on KYC/KYB, AML, remediation, or similar regulatory/operational processes — and you know how to get credible with those stakeholders fast. Self-service product mindset: You've designed dashboards and models for end-users to explore autonomously, adapting the same dataset from ops-level (daily SLA tracking) to exec-level (budget readouts). Cross-functional stakeholder management: You've juggled competing analytical priorities across multiple teams — and you know how to scope clearly, push back when needed, and drive adoption. Strong SQL and data modelling skills: You've built end-to-end transformation pipelines, enforced data quality, and made non-technical stakeholders trust your numbers. AI-native workflow: You actively use AI tools to accelerate your analytics work — from data modelling to stakeholder communication — and you're genuinely curious about going further. Language: Fluent in English. At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
