Outsight’s software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data. Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction. Our international team of scientists and engineers drive the development of our solutions from Paris, San Francisco, Sophia-Antipolis (Nice) & Hong Kong. To support our global outreach, we also operate a commercial office in Spain. You can find below an interesting link about who we are and what we do : Insights about Outsight Our Passenger Flow Traffic Monitoring solution is trusted by the world’s leading airports and train stations across four continents, including the most renowned hubs celebrated for their operational excellence and exceptional passenger experience. We also deploy our solutions in other markets such as Tourism, Retail and Sports. Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is trusted by several Tier 1 customers, including BMW. Our Hybrid SaaS platform, SHIFT, turns raw data from Lidars and Edge AI appliances into actionable real-time insights—from optimizing passenger flow at international airports to ensuring safety in industrial zones. We operate a complex infrastructure spanning on-premise Edge devices, cloud backends, and end-user interfaces. The mission: Own the Platform Strategy We have built the industry's most powerful Spatial Intelligence application. Now, we are undertaking our most ambitious evolution yet: transforming our software into an Open, Autonomous Platform. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Pillar 3 of our roadmap: Scalable & Composable Experiences. You will look beyond the tactical wins of today to architect the ecosystem of tomorrow (Q3 2026 and beyond). Your mission is to decouple our technology into modular building blocks (APIs, SDKs) and automate the operations of our distributed Edge-to-Cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities Empower Outsight teams, partners and large clients to build their own custom applications using Outsight "bricks" directly inside their environments, without needing our engineering team. Enable customers to stream clean spatial data directly into their own BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.) or feed it into AI Agents/LLMs. You will define the roadmap for "Headless" deployments, where the value is purely in the API data stream. Zero-Touch Operations: Operation scalability: Enable the operations team to manage 10x the number of sites with the same headcount. Unified Fleet Management: A single control plane to monitor the health of the entire pipeline (Sensor status → Edge processing load → Cloud connectivity). Self-Healing Infrastructure: Automated detection and resolution of issues (e.g., auto-restarting Edge services, “OTA” firmware updates for appliances, automated re-calibration of sensors). Deep Observability: Build the framework for accurate and actionable metrics about our system health, status, and security. You will ensure we have a real-time pulse on everything from sensor temperature and edge CPU load to cloud API latency. What are the requirements for the role? Must-Haves: 5+ years in Product Management, with a specific focus on B2B SaaS Platforms or IoT/Edge Computing. Hybrid Infrastructure Fluency: You have managed products that involve both Hardware/Edge devices and Cloud software. You understand the challenges of distributed fleets (connectivity, bandwidth and latency constraints). API & Developer Experience: You have experience defining API strategies (REST/gRPC) and SDKs. You know how to build a product for developers as the end-user. Platform Thinking: You can demonstrate experience where you shifted a product from a monolithic app to a modular platform. Strategic Vision: Ability to define a 12-18 month roadmap that balances technical debt, architectural evolution, and commercial value. Nice-to-Haves: Background in DevOps/Cloud Architecture: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or Fleet Management tools (e.g., Balena, AWS Greengrass) is a huge plus. Spatial Tech Experience: Familiarity with Lidar, Digital Twins, GIS, or Computer Vision. Enterprise Security: Experience implementing RBAC, SSO, or Zero Trust architectures for large enterprise clients. Why join us? Complexity & Scale: You will solve unique challenges at the intersection of Hardware, Edge Computing, and Cloud SaaS. Autonomy: This is a distinct "Pillar" of our product. You will have significant ownership over the direction of the Platform strategy. Impact: You are joining at the pivotal moment where we scale from "Product" to "Platform"—the most exciting phase for any B2B tech company. Be part of the team pioneering Spatial Intelligence solutions at unprecedented scale—the breakthrough technology transforming how the world’s most prestigious airports, infrastructure operators, and smart cities understand and optimize physical flows. --- As a 7-time Gartner-recognized category-defining leader with dozens of global awards including “Edge AI Product of the Year,” “LiDAR Leader Award,” “CES Best of Innovation” and many more, we’re backed by 37 patents and deployments with the most prestigious (and challenging) customers across four continents. Join our international team of world-class experienced engineers and business leaders solving humanity’s most complex spatial challenges, from passenger flow optimization to autonomous robotics coordination, while working at the cutting edge of 3D AI, LiDAR perception, and real-time analytics. Supported by rock-solid investors including BNP Paribas, BPI France, Energy Innovation Capital and Demeter who back our long-term vision, this is your opportunity to shape how physical and digital worlds interact, with the resources, growth trajectory, and technical challenges that will accelerate your career in ways traditional companies cannot offer. --- Outsight is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that pursues and hires a diverse workforce. Join us as a Product Manager to build the accounting products that will make Qonto the default finance workspace for SMEs across Germany and beyond. You'll own our accounting expansion in the German market end-to-end — shaping the product strategy, deepening our local offering, and defining what we build next — in one of the most fragmented and locally complex domains in fintech: German accounting, bookkeeping, and the DATEV ecosystem. You will report to Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. ➡️ What you'll do Own your product roadmap end-to-end: Define what we build, why, and in what order — working with engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship features that make a real difference for SMEs and their accountants in Germany. Go deep on German accounting workflows and develop a sharp understanding of how accounting actually works in Germany. Define and execute the German accounting strategy by understanding customer needs, evaluating what to build vs. partner on, and shaping an offer that's genuinely useful to German SMEs, not just a localized version of what works elsewhere. Ship faster with AI: Use AI tools (Dust, Notion AI, Claude) and leverage AI as a product lever, identifying where automation and intelligence can transform accounting from a chore into a competitive advantage. Challenge the status quo: Question assumptions, prototype fast, and push for the best possible product. Work with maximum squad autonomy: Your squad owns its roadmap, picks its approaches, and ships independently. No layers of approval, no waiting on committees. ➡️ What we're looking for Deep German accounting domain expertise as you've worked at or closely with a German accounting-tech company. 5+ years as a Product Manager: Concrete examples of products you took from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled. You think in outcomes, not features, and you're comfortable making hard trade-offs. AI-native workflow: You use AI to supercharge how you work — from research and analysis to spec writing and user testing. You see AI as a product lever, not just a productivity hack. German fluency, strong English: You're able to navigate the German market natively — accounting is intensely local, and firsthand understanding of the landscape matters. Strong English is required to work cross-functionally across Qonto's European teams. ➡️ What we can offer you A market being completely transformed: You'll be building Qonto's accounting offer in this market from the ground up and shaping the strategy. Squad autonomy as the default: You own your decisions and ship without red tape. No committees, no approval chains. Unlimited access to the best AI tools: Claude, Dust, Notion AI, Cursor, Copilot — every tool you need, no permission required. ➡️ Your future manager Your manager will be Paul Mourot, Head of Product for Accounting. His path? Paul was CPO and co-founder at Semana (3+ years), Head of Product at BCG Digital Ventures, and CPO at Tiime — an accounting-tech platform — for nearly 4 years. Before that, he led product at AppTurbo, managing a team of designers, data analysts, and POs. He joined Qonto in 2025 to build the accounting product line. He knows the accounting domain from the inside, he's built products for it before. What does he bring to the team? Real ownership for his PMs. You define the vision for your scope and you're accountable for the results. His approach: hire great people, give them context and autonomy, and create an environment where the best ideas win.
