Desired rhythm : 3 weeks in the company / 1 week at school As part of our Finance department, you will be involved in day-to-day accounting operations, period-end closings, and group reporting activities, working closely with the Senior Lead Finance. You will assist the team in the following areas: * Assist with daily accounting entries * Accounting close: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and preparation of financial statements * Treasury management: Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis, monitor treasury operations and maintain the daily cash position * Subsidiary Accounting Monitoring: Manage the day-to-day accounting of group subsidiaries and coordinate with external service providers * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting team Qualifications This role is excellent for a person : * Enrolled in a Master's degree apprenticeship (M1 or M2), specialized in Accounting, Finance or Audit (DCG/DSCG profile welcome) * That speaks French fluently, with a good level of English (written and spoken) * For whom Excel is second nature; experience with Sage FRP 1000 or MyReport is a strong plus * That demonstrates rigour, autonomy and a genuine ability to manage priorities and deadlines * That is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team * With a first experience in an accounting or finance role (internship or apprenticeship), helpful but not mandatory At Deezer, diversity drives innovation. Grâce à une gestion rigoureuse et proactive, l’équipe Trésorerie joue un rôle important dans la stabilité financière et la croissance de Wakam. 🎯 TA MISSION En tant qu’alternant(e) Trésorerie, tu accompagneras l’équipe dans la gestion quotidienne des opérations de cash management, le suivi des paiements, la comptabilisation des flux bancaires et les rapprochements. Cette alternance te permettra de développer des compétences concrètes en trésorerie, comptabilité, suivi des flux financiers et contrôle opérationnel, dans un environnement assurtech international et en forte croissance. ✏️ TES PRINCIPALES MISSIONS Tu seras notamment amené(e) à : * Préparer et suivre les flux de paiements dans les outils de trésorerie * Assurer le suivi des règlements * Enregistrer les écritures comptables liées aux comptes bancaires * Suivre les recours et règlements en lien avec le service Claims * Préparer les encaissements de chèques et leur comptabilisation * Analyser les comptes de suspens en collaboration avec les équipes de gestion des sinistres * Réaliser des rapprochements bancaires * Contribuer à la fiabilisation et à l’amélioration continue des processus de trésorerie Tu gagneras progressivement en autonomie sur ton périmètre, tout en étant accompagné(e) par les membres de l’équipe. 🧠 CE QUE TU APPORTES Tu suis actuellement des études en comptabilité, finance ou domaine équivalent, avec un niveau Bac+3/4 minimum, et tu recherches une alternance à partir de septembre. You will contribute to the reliability of financial operations and support continuous improvement, including the implementation and maintenance of our reinsurance management tool xLayer.   ✏️ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1) CASH & PAYMENT MANAGEMENT You will manage day-to-day cash operations related to reinsurance by monitoring cash flows (premium payables, loss recoveries and receivables), tracking and reconciling reinsurer payments, and following up on overdue balances. You will coordinate with Treasury on cash forecasting and liquidity planning, manage cash calls, collateral requirements and funds withheld accounts, and escalate payment issues—driving resolution with reinsurers and/or brokers. 2) REINSURANCE FINANCIAL ANALYSIS & REPORTING You will produce management reporting on key reinsurance KPIs and cash positions, deliver variance analysis (actual vs budget vs prior year), and contribute to financial assessments and business cases supporting new reinsurance programs. 3) REINSURER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT You will support the Reinsurance team in day-to-day queries and discussions, lead quarterly/annual settlement reconciliation meetings with reinsurers, and resolve disputes on balances, payment timing and contractual interpretations. You will also support treaty renewals on financial items (e.g., commissions, financial terms), and maintain reinsurer scorecards (timeliness, responsiveness, quality). 4) PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & PROJECTS You will drive automation of cash tracking and reconciliation processes and contribute to the xLayer implementation (cash workflows, reporting) as well as ongoing maintenance and improvements.
