TEAM You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. This studio is specifically chartered to improve this high-potential game up to the successful and market-ready title it is meant to become. In this role, you'll work across our midcore game portfolio, contributing your artistic skills to titles that have already demonstrated strong core mechanics and real player engagement. Midcore games demand a rich and immersive visual language, from compelling character and environment art to visceral combat feedback and cohesive world-building, and your work will be central to delivering that. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and visual refinement of our midcore titles, leveraging their existing traction to build truly exceptional player experiences. This is a unique chance to join a project pipeline with established momentum, while still having a significant impact on the creative direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment. ROLE * Design UX flows and UI visual assets, working closely with the Game Designer to create intuitive and engaging player experiences * Contribute as a generalist UI/UX designer, applying strong visual design and art skills across both user experience and interface aesthetics * Build and maintain the product's UI/UX framework in Figma, ensuring consistency, scalability, and clear design documentation * Iterate quickly based on feedback, playtesting results, and evolving design needs in a fast-paced development environment * Prepare and export UI assets for implementation in Unity, collaborating with developers to resolve integration challenges PROFILE * 3–5 years of UI art experience in mobile games * Solid UX design fundamentals with hands-on experience shipping titles * Proficient in Figma and Photoshop * Experience building and maintaining UX/UI framework libraries within a game project * Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate prototyping and asset creation * Proactive mindset — able to identify product needs, source references, and drive solutions independently BENEFITS • Best-in-class compensation • Other benefits according to the country you reside

ROLE With this role, you will be core to the company by contributing daily to important decisions with a multidisciplinary team of passionate and talented people. The game you will be focused on is Draft Showdown. Flesh out the details of a game's design, oversee its testing, and revise the game in response to player feedback. Our studios are looking for people who bring their own ideas and are always willing to compromise to move forward. * Contribute to VFX design for in-game actions, events, and player feedback. * Support gameplay teams with technical visual solutions and FX that enhance readability and impact. * Develop and integrate screen-space FX and postprocessing effects for menus and gameplay. * Build tween-based animation systems and shader-based responsive feedback fx. * Create custom shaders and materials (2D/3D) for characters, environments, and UI elements. * Implement modular and reusable UI/UX systems (cards, popups, banners, upgrades, etc.). * Develop and maintain tools to streamline art production and optimize pipelines. PROFILE * You have solid experience as a Technical Artist in a game studio, ideally with shipped mobile titles * You are proficient in Unityand have a strong understanding of its rendering pipeline and asset integration workflows * You have hands-on experience withshader creation(HLSL, ShaderGraph, or equivalent) and real-time VFX systems * You are comfortable writingtools and scripts(Python, C#, or similar) to automate and improve art pipelines * You have a strong understanding of performance optimization— draw calls, texture memory, poly counts, and mobile GPU constraints * You act as a naturalbridge between artists and engineers, with strong communication skills and an ability to translate technical constraints into actionable guidance * You are aproblem-solverwho can proactively identify bottlenecks in the pipeline and propose solutions without waiting to be asked BENEFITS • Best-in-class compensation • Other benefits according to the country you reside

ROLE * Define and own the overall artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the product's creative and commercial goals. * Establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across all art disciplines — UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation. * Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary art team, providing clear creative direction and actionable feedback at every stage of production. * Collaborate closely with the General Manager to align the visual direction with gameplay intent and player experience goals. * Drive the creation and governance of visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality benchmarks. * Actively contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting where needed, setting the quality bar for the team. * Champion player-centric design thinking, using live data, competitor analysis, and playtesting insights to continuously refine the game's visual experience. PROFILE * Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title, ideally within the midcore genre. * Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity, from early concept through to live product. * Deep understanding of the visual language of midcore games — including character design, environment art, UI/UX, and combat feedback systems. * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment. * Hands-on proficiency in Unity, with the ability to implement, integrate, and optimise assets directly in-engine. * Fluent in English.
