OUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ASSOCIATE TEACHER (KINDERGARTEN): Our Bilingual Elementary School at School in the Square is a Dual Language PreK-5th grade program dedicated to providing each student with the tools and support to become lifelong learners. Dos Amigos provides a creative, bilingual immersion program alongside a focus on SEL.  We are looking for dedicated, mission-aligned teachers who have a passion for bilingual immersion. Reporting to our Principal and in collaboration with a diverse and committed School Leadership Team (SLT), you will support our efforts to ensure high academic standards while also focusing on the social-emotional needs of all students. We embrace our employees’ differences and acknowledge and support our collective responsibility.   About the Position The Retail Sales Associate interacts and assists customers, donors and others with merchandise selection, suggestion selling, and cashiering in a courteous and professional manner.   Pay Rate: $17.13-19.00/hour DOE   Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. * Proactively acknowledge, greet and help customers in any area of the store. * Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner by answering questions or directing them to a supervisor. * Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions, closing out cash drawer and balancing all point of sale (POS) transactions. * Able to communicate through standard telephone and wireless audio systems. * Merchandise, restock and provide general floor maintenance where needed. * Maintain a clean work environment. * Support team members, assist supervisors and leads when necessary. * Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Demonstrate safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; reports any potential hazards or accidents. * Perform other duties as assigned.
