About the Role: As a Student Assistant in our RtR Cash Management Team, you will support daily banking and cash management activities while gaining practical experience in a global finance environment. You will work closely with experienced team members, helping to ensure accurate cash transactions, maintain financial records, and support smooth day-to-day operations. Your main tasks will include: * Processing daily and weekly payment runs in accordance with internal procedures and deadlines * Posting and reconciling bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records * Monitoring and maintaining compliance between accounting records and bank account balances * Investigating and resolving discrepancies related to cash and banking transactions * Supporting month-end closing activities based on bank statements and banking documentation * Preparing and reviewing cash management reports and related documentation * Cooperating with internal stakeholders and banks to ensure smooth cash management operations We're looking for students (preferably part-time) who: * Are available to work min. 35 hours per week both during and after the holidays. * Are currently studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field * Demonstrate strong accuracy and attention to detail * Have solid working knowledge of MS Excel * Enjoy working in teams and collaborating with others * Are confident using English (both spoken and written) and Polish (min B2) * Bring a positive attitude and a good sense of humor :) What We Offer: * Contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for a period of 3 or 6 months (with the possibility of extension and transition to a full-time employment contract) * Valuable work experience in a multinational company * Opportunities to discover your career path and grow within the finance field * Practical, hands-on knowledge to support your studies * Flexible schedule to fit around your studies * Monthly salary for your work and commitment * Scandinavian work culture our company values equality, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance. About the role: As a Customs Intern, you will be part of a team responsible for preparing customs documentation for Western Europe. The purpose of this role is to ensure smooth and compliant transport of goods crossing international borders. You will support the preparation of customs documentation required by the European Union regulations, including not only customs declarations but also various supporting documents necessary for import, export, and transit procedures. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with the Union Customs Code and supporting DFDS customs operations. This internship is especially suitable for students or candidates who are available to work in the afternoons (between 12:00 and 22:00), occasionally Saturdays (between 12:00 and 20:00) and want to gain practical experience in an international logistics and customs environment. Your daily tasks will focus mostly on: * Completing customs declarations and other supporting documents submitted in the name and for the account of clients * Confirming that all required data and documentation are available and correct for customs entry * Using several systems and tools in order to conduct all given tasks on time * Following group customs standard operating procedures * Resolving queries and issues related to customs processes * Maintaining good relations with customers and ensuring high-quality service (via written communication with stakeholders only) About you: We are looking for someone who has: * Very good command of English (min.
