About Veloq: Veloq is the software platform powering the next generation of grocery fulfilment. Built on Rohlik Group’s (www.rohlik.group) proprietary technology and operational excellence across five European markets, Veloq is now a standalone technology company helping grocers transform warehouse operations and scale same-day e-grocery profitably. Our modular platform combines warehouse automation, e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile logistics into one system designed for real operational performance — not slideware. Rohlik Group already uses this technology at scale to serve 850,000+ customers across Europe. It works. Now we’re taking it to the market. We’re still early in the journey. That means real ownership, direct access to the CEO, and the chance to help build a category-defining company from the ground up. Why this role is exciting * You won’t inherit a big, layered sales machine. You’ll help build it. * You’ll sell a product that is already proven in real operations — not a concept. * You’ll work directly with the CEO and shape pricing, positioning and commercial strategy from day one. * You’ll lead Europe as a market, while helping define how Veloq sells globally in the future. * This role combines real enterprise hunting with true commercial leadership. * If you like startup energy, ownership and building things from scratch, this is exactly that kind of role. What this role is about You will own Veloq’s commercial motion in Europe. We already have a defined ICP and an active pipeline. Your job is to deepen that pipeline, close the first major enterprise customers, and build a repeatable sales motion that can scale. You’ll lead consultative sales of warehouse automation and software solutions, working with operations, IT, finance and commercial stakeholders to turn complex capabilities into customer-specific value. Specifically, you will: * Own the EU revenue target and pipeline, with focus on closing the first major enterprise customers and building the next wave of growth * Take an existing set of qualified target accounts and deepen, expand and move them forward, while opening new enterprise opportunities across Europe * Build and maintain a strong pipeline with clear deal discipline, healthy coverage and realistic forecasting * Refine the sales playbook — from ICP and buyer personas to messaging, qualification and deal stages * Lead consultative sales of complex warehouse automation and software solutions, translating technical capabilities into clear business value for each customer * Build relationships with senior decision-makers across grocery, retail and 3PL — especially in operations, supply chain, finance and technology * Work closely with the CEO on pricing, commercial terms and major negotiations * Partner with Product, Partnerships, Operations, Legal and Finance to make sure deals are winnable, credible and smoothly handed over into implementation * Represent Veloq externally at relevant industry events and forums, helping build both brand presence and pipeline * Lead and develop the commercial team, setting high standards for execution, forecast discipline and customer engagement as the company scales What we’re looking for * 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or supply chain / logistics technology sales * At least 5 years in senior commercial and/or hunter roles * Proven closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas at €1M+ ARR level * Strong experience selling into retail, grocery or logistics operations at C-level / VP level * Strong understanding of warehouse automation and e-grocery economics * Proven people management experience — coaching, performance management, building strong sales culture * Consultative technical sales background — able to sell bespoke solutions with complex discovery and multi-stakeholder alignment * Strong hunter mentality — comfortable building your own pipeline and using CRM / AI tools to move faster * Comfortable with long and complex sales cycles (6–18 months) * Fluent English. Other languages will be an advantage Nice to have * Existing relationships with senior buyers at top European grocers or 3PLs * Salesforce or similar CRM discipline * Exposure to pre-sales, solution design or estimating teams * Experience building a sales playbook from scratch Why this is not a “corporate sales director” job * You won’t step into a fully built organisation with fixed playbooks and polished processes. * You’ll join a lean team, work close to the founders and leadership, and help define how Veloq sells, grows and wins. That means ambiguity, speed, pressure — and a huge amount of ownership. * If that excites you more than it scares you, we should talk. #Veloq
At FTMO, we believe that company growth starts with people. We are a team that pushes forward together, supports one another, and celebrates shared achievements. Our environment creates space for talents to grow – individually, as a team, and across the whole company. In partnership with OANDA, we are looking for a CRM Manager to be a part of a global Marketing Team and you will report to the Head of CRM in London. This isn't a role for a passenger. We are looking for an A-player: someone who doesn't just execute tasks but takes the lead, challenges the status quo, and builds world-class regional and global ecosystems. You will be the architect of the Client lifecycle, using data to build sophisticated, multi-channel journeys, and in-life campaigns that drive impact on a global scale. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Design, execute, and optimise lifecycle and in-life campaigns to drive conversions across the Client’s life stages. * Act as a central pillar of the organisation; you will work cross-collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Client Experience, Data, and Product Teams to align CRM efforts with broader business goals. * Create clear, concise briefs that inspire our Creative and Content Teams. * Evaluate current workflows, confidently challenge existing processes, and suggest/implement new ways of working to drive efficiency. * Maintain a strong understanding of marketing compliance and execute every campaign with absolute excellence and attention to detail. * Analyse data, report on KPIs, and present your results and roadmap in team meetings and to wider stakeholders. WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE? * 7+ years of hands-on experience, but impact matters more than years. * Proven track record in multi-channel strategy (Email, Push, In-App, SMS). * Strong experience with CRM orchestration platforms - Optimove is highly preferred, but experience with Salesforce or Braze is also a plus. * Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders. * Strategic thinking with a "perfectionist" approach to execution and compliance. * Passion for the Client experience and dedication to creating impactful, relevant journeys. * Knowledge of trading is an advantage: Background in trading/FinTech sector or highly regulated global industries is a plus, but we’re happy to show you the ropes! WHY JOIN THE FTMO TEAM? * We are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has grown from an idea into a global project. 🚀 * 300+ amazing teammates. We’re a great team who learn from each other every day.🤜🤛 * How do we work? We focus on meaningful work and open communication, while only adopting processes that make our lives easier. * Prague, Národní třída. Enjoy our modern offices at the Quadrio shopping center, offering beautiful views and excellent accessibility. * What if I don’t trade? No worries. We’ll show you what our product is all about and introduce you to the basics of trading. * Free fruit, snacks, and coffee are always within reach in the office. * How do we promote strong relationships and well-being? Company cottage, team building events, and running club. * Flexible hybrid model. We prefer collaborating in person to keep the team spirit high, but we offer the flexibility you need to stay balanced. *The benefits mentioned above apply to on-site employees in our Prague office.
Veloq is the software platform powering the next generation of grocery fulfilment. Born from Rohlik Group’s proprietary technology and operational excellence across five European markets, we are now a standalone technology company empowering grocers to transform their warehouse operations and scale their same day e-grocery offering. Our modular platform spans automated picking, e-commerce fulfilment, and last-mile logistics and is built to power online grocery profitably. Today, Rohlik Group serves 850,000+ customers across Europe using this technology. We have proven it works at scale. Now we are bringing it to the world. We are only at the beginning of the journey — this is a chance to join a lean team, build something that does not yet exist, and scale a category-defining company from the ground up. You will have real ownership over your function, direct access to the CEO, and equity in a company at the beginning of a major growth curve. Role Overview You are one of Veloq’s first commercial hires — and the technical engine behind every deal. You will own the full pre-sales cycle: outbound into technical and operational buyers, demo execution, solution scoping, and POC design. This is not a support role. You carry your own pipeline, run deals end-to-end, and collaborate with the CEO to close enterprise accounts. You bring the warehouse operations credibility that makes prospects trust the technology. High performers grow into a lead role as the commercial team scales. What We Expect From You 1. Technical Pre-Sales & Demo Execution * Own and run the full demo process — from discovery call to tailored product walkthrough * Scope and present solution architectures that map Veloq’s platform to each prospect’s warehouse operations * Write and respond to RFIs and RFPs with the technical depth enterprise buyers expect 2. Solution Design & Proof of Concept * Design POC scopes that are specific, time-boxed, and tied to measurable customer outcomes * Lead the technical qualification: does Veloq solve this customer’s core problem, and how * Coordinate with product on feasibility and integration requirements 3. Commercial Collaboration & Deal Progression * Translate technical complexity into commercial value — ROI, payback period, operational impact * Build and maintain CRM records, opportunity notes, and deal progression tracking 4. Market & Product Intelligence * Feed customer objections, integration requirements, and feature gaps into product and leadership * Monitor competitive WMS and warehouse automation solutions and maintain technical battle cards * Contribute to the commercial collateral library: one-pagers, ROI calculators, integration guides What We Look For Must Have * 5–7 years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales in enterprise SaaS, WMS, or warehouse automation * Hands-on familiarity with at least one WMS platform — Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Korber, or equivalent * Can run a compelling, tailored product demo without a script and handle technical objections live * Comfortable owning pipeline independently — not just supporting closers * Strong communicator across buyer types: operational (COO, VP Ops) and technical (CTO, IT, integrators) * Fluent English Nice to Have * Prior customer facing experience in WMS or supply chain technology * Ability to read API documentation, write basic SQL, or configure third-party integrations * Experience with warehouse robotics, automated picking systems, or e-commerce fulfilment tech * Second European language — German, Dutch, or French * Prior experience at a startup or scale-up under 100 people #LI-ML1
