At Rohlik, supply chain doesn’t stop at availability. It also means building the logistics network that gets products where they
need to be — reliably, efficiently and at the right cost.
As we grow across Europe, this becomes a bigger and more strategic challenge. That’s why we’re looking for a Logistics Network

This is a group-level role with broad impact across markets. You’ll help shape how goods move from suppliers to GBO, into
fulfilment centres, and across internal warehouse transfers — while making sure the right logistics partners, flows and terms are
in place for scale.

We are looking for a strategic and operational leader to take full ownership of managing and developing our Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across the entire Czech Republic. If you are drawn to high responsibility, last-mile process optimization, budget management, and want to actively shape the world of online shopping with us, read on! What awaits you in this role? * Full ownership of the DSP network: You will take comprehensive responsibility for the strategy and sustainable performance of the DSP network across the Czech Republic, unifying communication, reporting, and setting clear rules of the game. * Budget & transformation management: You will manage budgets and lead transformational initiatives focused on process optimization, cost efficiency, and the overall scalability of our network. * Capacity planning & recruitment strategy: You will ensure optimal courier capacities at the right time and place, which includes planning a nationwide recruitment strategy and effectively utilizing the recruitment budget. * Team leadership & mentorship: You will methodically lead, mentor, and develop our team of internal specialists, which includes the Trainer Bohemia, Trainer Moravia, Last Mile Specialist, and Buddy teams. * Key connection point: You will become the key bridge between DSP partners and last-mile leadership, collaborating closely on a daily basis with logistics heads, DC managers, and the quality department. * Data presentation: You will clearly present results, analyses, and practical recommendations across all levels of the organization, including top management. What should you bring to the table? * Proven track record: 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, transport, or in a senior account management position. * Analytical mindset: You are a data-driven thinker who can work with data and track KPIs to make informed, fast decisions based on them. * Resilience under pressure: You can keep a cool head and stay fully focused on results even when resolving crisis situations—because logistics can get pretty wild at times! * Excellent communication & diplomacy: Strong communication skills to explain procedures clearly, handling any disputes with a strict but always fair approach. * High adaptability: You adapt to new things in a flash and view constantly changing priorities as an opportunity to move forward, not as an obstacle. * Resourcefulness: You can figure things out and apply creative logic when standard processes are not enough and a task needs to be driven to a successful conclusion. * Language skills: Communicating with international colleagues is no problem for you; fluent English is a must for this role. What can we offer you? * Free Rohlik Xtra account: Shop with 10% cashback in the form of credits for your next purchases. * Paid time off options: When you need a proper rest or time to take care of family matters, we don't count the days. * Subsidized lunches & free refreshments: Good food, great coffee, and fresh fruit await you at the workplace every day. * Flexible working style: The option of occasional home office. * Star-studded peer recognition program: Send points to your colleagues for a job well done and redeem your collected balance for purchases on Alza, Notino, or other e-shops. * Multisport card: For your sports activities and well-deserved relaxation after work. * Great company events: We know how to work hard, but also how to celebrate our success together at our parties.
