This is a group-level role with broad impact across markets. You’ll help shape how goods move from suppliers to GBO, into fulfilment centres, and across internal warehouse transfers — while making sure the right logistics partners, flows and terms are in place for scale.   Why this role is exciting * You’ll work on group-wide logistics design, not just one local transport setup. * You’ll help shape the network that supports Rohlik’s growth across multiple countries. * You’ll own tenders, optimise transport paths, and build the supplier/carrier setup for the future. * You’ll work with real business complexity — multi-node flows, multiple temperature regimes, cross-border operations. * This is a role with strong strategic impact, but also plenty of hands-on work with suppliers, data and real decisions.   What you’ll do As Logistics Network Manager, you will own the design and optimisation of logistics flows across the Group. You will: Design and optimise the logistics network * Build and continuously improve logistics flows from suppliers to Rohlik, through GBO, into FCs, and across inter-warehouse transfers * Ensure the network is designed for speed, resilience, cost-efficiency and scalability * Review and optimise transport paths, node logic and load balancing across the network Lead tenders and manage logistics providers * Prepare and run RFQs / tenders for logistics operations and transport services * Select and help set up the right external logistics partners and carrier mix * Lead carrier negotiations and contract discussions * Review transport setups including Incoterms, responsibilities and supplier-side logistics arrangements Own transport and network performance * Oversee inbound and outbound transport flows across ambient, chilled and frozen regimes * Monitor truck utilisation, transport cost, OTIF and other logistics KPIs * Identify opportunities for route consolidation, backhauls and network savings Turn data into decisions * Build models, simulations and business cases to support network changes and infrastructure expansion * Use logistics data, market intelligence and operational feedback to refresh the network strategy * Support capital planning and automation decisions with clear analysis and recommendations Work cross-functionally * Partner with Finance, Real Estate, GBO Operations, FC Inbound, IT/WMS and other stakeholders * Support rollout of new network configurations through clear implementation and transition plans   What we’re looking for * 5–8 years of experience in logistics / transportation management, ideally in FMCG, retail or e-commerce * Strong experience with tender management, carrier negotiations and logistics contract setup * Good understanding of logistics network design, transport optimisation and multi-temperature operations * Experience mapping complex flows across suppliers, warehouses and internal transfers * Strong knowledge of Incoterms and supplier logistics setups * Strong analytical skills — advanced Excel required; SQL / BI tools are a plus * Experience with WMS systems and EDI processes * Fluent English; Czech/Slovak is a strong advantage Nice to have: * Experience with fast-growth, multi-country environments * Knowledge of European transport regulations * Experience with modelling tools such as Python, AnyLogic or Gurobi * Background in automation or logistics tech-enabled operations   What’s in it for you * Fair reward - You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. ROLE OVERVIEW The Principal Product Manager (PPM) is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the assigned business stream within operations, leading multiple innovation projects, and ensuring the delivery of impactful improvements. This role oversees a team of Product Owners and Process Designers, aligning business objectives with other streams, technology, and operations teams to maximize efficiency and scalability. The PPM collaborates closely with Engineering, Operations, and Data teams to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and implement high-value initiatives. Stakeholder & Change Management * Ensures effective communication across departments and leadership to align expectations * Owns the management of the change process, including documentation, training, and rollout strategies * Drives collaboration between product, engineering, and operations to balance technical feasibility and operational needs WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR * 7+ years of experience in product management, operations, or logistics * Proven ability to lead multiple parallel projects and cross-functional teams * Experience managing Product Owners or project teams in a high-growth environment. * Strong understanding of warehouse automation, last-mile logistics, or supply chain operations. * Deep expertise in process design, Lean, Six Sigma, and operational efficiency methodologies. * Ability to analyze large datasets to drive decision-making and performance improvements. * Strong stakeholder management skills – ability to work with Engineering, Operations, and Leadership. * Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and working in an iterative environment. * Advanced English (C1+), German or Czech is an advantage. * Willingness to travel up to 30-50% to operational sites. You will partner with central and local stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and standardize processes across sites.     WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * Owns the continuous improvement roadmap, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time. * Leads adoption of operational best practices through coaching and influence. * Partners with group operations functions to coordinate projects and share knowledge. * Provides input to innovation roadmaps, business cases, and process design. * Supports rollout of group projects, owning selected initiatives end-to-end. * Tracks and analyzes performance metrics to identify root causes and standardize fixes. * Documents processes (VSM, process maps) and develops change documentation. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Required * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * 3+ years of operational experience with ownership of projects or programs. * Experience in Last Mile domain. * Background in e-commerce, grocery, JIT or same-day delivery. * Strong leadership and coaching capability. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management. * Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills. * Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, Metabase, or Access. * Project management experience. * Willingness to travel 2–3 days per week across sites. Preferred * Six Sigma and/or project management certification. * Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or statistical software.
