It means understanding how finance processes really work, finding where manual effort is slowing teams down, and redesigning those processes so automation works in practice. That’s why we’re creating a new Senior Finance/Accounting Automation Specialist role within our Shared Service Centre. You’ll help turn repetitive manual work across P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments and reconciliation into smarter, more scalable processes. This isn’t a maintenance role, and it isn’t a pure developer position. We’re looking for someone who understands finance, thinks in systems and can translate a business process into clear automation logic. WHY THIS ROLE IS EXCITING * You’ll have real influence over how finance automation is built and developed. * Your work will directly reduce manual workload across the SSC and free teams to focus on higher-value activities. * We are an AI-first company — you’ll work with emerging internal agents and automation tools, not just traditional process-improvement methods. * You’ll be close to business-critical finance processes and priorities with strong visibility across SSC and Finance leadership. * You’ll join a new automation-focused team and help shape its ways of working from the beginning. * This is a builder role: you’ll see visible results from the processes you improve and the solutions you help implement. WHAT YOU’LL DO You’ll work across Finance, SSC and IT to understand processes, identify automation opportunities and turn them into reliable solutions. You will: * Map and understand end-to-end finance processes across P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments and reconciliation * Identify repetitive, inefficient or error-prone activities that can be simplified or automated * Focus on practical use cases such as: * invoice and payment matching * bank statement processing * PO creation and follow-up * settlement and reconciliation of receivables and payables * payment reminders and supplier or customer communication * Translate finance requirements into clear process and automation logic * Work with internal AI agents and automation tools, together with IT and technical support * Test automation outputs and validate that accounting and business logic are correct * Support implementation and adoption across P2P, OTC and other SSC teams * Monitor automated processes, investigate issues and improve reliability * Keep process documentation accurate and up to date * Track the impact of improvements on manual effort, processing speed, data accuracy and financial closing * Train and support finance teams so they can use new solutions effectively WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a finance-and-systems hybrid — someone who can understand the accounting reality and improve how it works through technology. * Experience with finance process improvement, ERP implementation, finance systems or automation projects * Good understanding of accounting and finance processes, particularly P2P, OTC, invoicing, payments or reconciliation * Ability to map processes, identify root causes and translate business needs into system requirements * Experience working with finance teams and technical stakeholders * Exposure to automation or AI tools and genuine interest in using them to improve daily work * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Independent, self-driven approach — you’re comfortable creating structure in an environment that is still evolving * Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly to finance users * Fluent English is required. Senior Rust Backend Engineer

We are currently launching a new crypto-native product, a greenfield initiative that brings the principles we've built our reputation on (transparency, fairness, verifiable track records) into the on-chain world. You'll be one of the first engineers on a small, autonomous team building from scratch. This isn't a role where you maintain existing systems, you'll design and ship the core backend architecture for a product with real deadlines, real users, and a tight timeline. The first milestone is a working demo within 4 months. Full production launch within 10. WHAT WILL BE YOUR AGENDA? * Design and build the core backend services in Rust, real-time data processing, WebSocket infrastructure, and high-throughput event pipelines. * Architect and implement a simulation engine that operates against live market data with sub-second latency requirements. * Build risk and evaluation logic - real-time monitoring, rule-based assessment, automated decision pipelines. * Develop and deploy on-chain programs that record and verify platform activity on blockchains. * Integrate external price feeds - WebSocket order book data, oracle networks, and other liquidity sources. * Own the infrastructure - RPC nodes, CI/CD, monitoring, deployment workflows. * Design for scale from day one - the system must handle thousands of concurrent sessions with real-time data streaming. * Work directly with the Head of Crypto on architecture decisions, feature prioritization, and product direction. You'll have a seat at the table, not just a ticket queue. WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE? * 3+ years of professional Rust development - you think in Rust, this isn't a "learning on the job" position. * Strong backend systems background - building APIs, WebSocket services, real-time data pipelines, and event-driven architectures. * Experience designing systems for high concurrency and low latency. * Comfort with ambiguity and ownership - you'll often be the only person who knows how a subsystem works, and that's fine with you. * You ship first, polish second - we have 4 months to a private demo. You need to be comfortable with speed over perfection, then iterating. * CS degree or equivalent - we care about what you've built, not where you studied. WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE? * Experience with Solana or other EVM-based blockchains, program development, on-chain data patterns, and security considerations. * Familiarity with trading systems, simulation engines, or risk management logic. * Experience with DeFi protocols, oracle networks, or cross-chain infrastructure. * Hackathon participation or open-source contributor. * TypeScript/Node.js for tooling and integration testing.
