As a Product Manager, you will contribute to our success: * Supporting the development of comprehensive product strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals, emerging technologies and new commercial opportunities * Supporting execution of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, co-ordinating cross-functional SMEs, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales * Ensure internal documentation and functional product collateral is created and maintained. * Effectively use data to inform prioritisation and drive decision-making. * Monitoring key performance indicators to measure the success of product strategies * Building stable foundations for our Card payment infrastructure to scale with our business growth, reducing internal manual efforts and minimizing the risk for any service interruptions * Establish the performance and scalability of your products against KPIs, including ensuring issues are triaged and resolved in a timely manner and responding to changes in market and client demands. * Staying informed about UK financial regulations What You’ll Need * 5+ years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to a high-growth environment * Expertise in Cards / Commercial Cards, and working on direct integrations across the card payment eco-system * Ability to engage with engineering teams and across wider stakeholder groups, inc Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Finance, Data & Compliance * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrate ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time * A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to roll-up sleeves, focusing on solutions and outcomes rather than problems and process. * Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams * Awareness and understanding on application and use of AI tools to accelerate outcomes NICE TO HAVE * Card processing and software development experience * Card P&L management experience MODINCLUSION  At Modulr, we’re committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and can bring their whole self to work. Modulr values •Building the extraordinary and going that extra mile •Owning the opportunity, be passionate and proud of the time you invest •Move at pace, reach your goals faster with us supporting you each step of the way •Achieve it together, working as a team and being a Modulite What You’ll Do The Product team is a core part of Modulr and works cross-functionally with all teams across the business and this role is going to be part of product team responsible for our expansion to the US. • Manage a team of 1-3 Product Managers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their role responsibilities and performance conversation. • Translate a high-level business problem, complete in-depth analysis of the use case, identify a solution and form an implementation plan. • Take technical specifications and implementation guides and translate these into high-quality epic and user story definitions with clear acceptance criteria. • Represent product and driving the timely execution of your roadmap whilst managing product incidents, support requests and engineering initiatives. • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to elicit comprehensive business requirements and execute technical designs and specifications that address these requirements. • Ensure scalable ways of working with our engineering function to prioritise requirements and deliver at pace each sprint. • Ensure end-to-end delivery of products, working cross-functionally to understand and manage all implications on teams across the business ahead of go-live. • Ensure internal documentation and functional product collateral is created and maintained. • Effectively use data to inform prioritisation and drive decision-making. • Actively manage key supplier relationships for your products. • Establish the performance and scalability of your products against KPIs, including ensuring issues are triaged and resolved in a timely manner and responding to changes in market and client demands. • Work closely with the wider product and marketing team to ensure we successfully package products to solve problems for our customers.
