Europe. The Product Manager, Compliance Hub is a new role within our Product team and will play a critical role in ensuring we
build a world-class financial crime operations center.

account. Our accounts come with a sort code and account number, access to payment systems (eg Faster Payments and Visa) and
everything our customers need from a payments account. They can instantly open as many accounts as they need, automate how they
make and receive payments as well as the reconciliation processes these create. All in real time, 24/7 through their own systems
utilising our API that integrates into any platform.

As a Product Manager, you will contribute to our success: * Supporting the development of comprehensive product strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals, emerging technologies and new commercial opportunities * Supporting execution of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, co-ordinating cross-functional SMEs, including design, engineering, marketing, and sales * Ensure internal documentation and functional product collateral is created and maintained. * Effectively use data to inform prioritisation and drive decision-making. * Monitoring key performance indicators to measure the success of product strategies * Building stable foundations for our Card payment infrastructure to scale with our business growth, reducing internal manual efforts and minimizing the risk for any service interruptions * Establish the performance and scalability of your products against KPIs, including ensuring issues are triaged and resolved in a timely manner and responding to changes in market and client demands. * Staying informed about UK financial regulations What You’ll Need * 5+ years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to a high-growth environment * Expertise in Cards / Commercial Cards, and working on direct integrations across the card payment eco-system * Ability to engage with engineering teams and across wider stakeholder groups, inc Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Finance, Data & Compliance * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrate ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time * A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to roll-up sleeves, focusing on solutions and outcomes rather than problems and process. * Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams * Awareness and understanding on application and use of AI tools to accelerate outcomes NICE TO HAVE * Card processing and software development experience * Card P&L management experience MODINCLUSION At Modulr, we’re committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and can bring their whole self to work. Specific duties Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following: •Delivery of enhancements and configuration changes; understanding requirements, coding, testing and implementing these to broaden the usage of Salesforce. •Supporting, maintaining and improving the working of existing Salesforce environment for optimal functionality. •Creating and maintaining integrations with other applications and systems using web services and APIs. •Ensuring compliance with security and development standards of Salesforce. •Develop and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, flows and other technologies. •Work collaboratively with technical teams to deliver business requirements. •Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations and third-party applications. •Participate in code reviews to ensure that the best practices for the existing and new Salesforce solutions are implemented. •Stay updated with new Salesforce features & functionalities and recommend best practices to enhance the existing Salesforce implementations. About you •Proficient understanding of CRM administration/customisation, including Salesforce lightning framework, Salesforce Sales cloud and Salesforce Community cloud. •Practical knowledge of automation with AI tools in the CRM space. E.g., Agentforce •5-8 years’ experience of Apex, LWC, Aura, flows, DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes. •In depth understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields. •Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator, JavaScript. •Experience in a Robust communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment. •Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
