As the AMLCO & Senior Compliance Associate for Coinbase's Cyprus MiFID entity, you'll own Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT)
while supporting the Head of Compliance in building and running the broader compliance program. The Compliance team ensures our
Cyprus operations meet CySEC and EU regulatory expectations across AML/CFT, MiFID conduct, Market Abuse, and data protection,

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Compliance responsible for leading the Bank’s Compliance Department and ensuring an effective compliance framework across AML, KYC, sanctions and regulatory matters, while promoting a strong compliance culture and serving as the key contact for compliance-related matters internally and externally. Description OBJECTIVE The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for the administration, integrity, and ongoing development of the institution’s budgeting and forecasting model. This role leads the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and financial scenario analysis, while serving as the primary system administrator and internal subject matter expert for the financial modeling platform. The Manager partners with executive leadership, department heads, and the finance team to provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making, balance sheet planning, and long-term financial performance. This position plays a key role in strengthening the institution’s forecasting discipline and financial planning infrastructure. WORKING HOURS AND LOCATION 8:30am-5:00pm based on operational needs. This individual will be required to attend onsite meetings monthly in our Moon Township location. Must live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
