The CX Intelligence team is part of Coinbase’s Enterprise Applications and Architecture org and builds the customer-facing and
internal CX experiences that connect the Help Center, chatbots (CBCB), and agent workflows. The team owns the multi-agent platform

We are hiring an IC5 Machine Learning Engineer to drive the evolution of our conversational ecosystem by building a seamless
hybrid vendor-internal chatbot experience. You will lead the design and implementation of a sophisticated unified orchestration
layer that coordinates interactions between vendor AI, internal multi-agent systems, and human participants. This role is pivotal

The CX Automation team within Enterprise Applications & Architecture engineers seamless, intelligent customer experiences by maximizing automation across support surfaces. As Senior Product Manager for the Help Center, you’ll own Coinbase’s primary self-service channel—where most customers first seek support. You’ll drive Automation Rate and customer satisfaction by building AI-powered search, personalized article experiences, and self-service workflows that resolve issues before they reach an agent. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Own the Help Center roadmap across search quality, article strategy, AI summaries, and self-service flows serving millions of global customers. * Improve Automation Rate and CSAT by identifying high-impact opportunities to deflect contacts via better self-service, smarter surfacing, and proactive resolution. * Build AI-integrated search and content experiences with ML/LLM partners to enhance relevance, summaries, and contextual Quick Actions. * Partner with CX Ops, Content Design, Engineering, and Data Science to maintain accurate, high-coverage knowledge across geographies and languages. * Define and track funnel metrics (Automation Rate, Search AtR, CSAT, escalation rate) and use data to drive prioritization. * Collaborate with internal platform teams and 3P vendors to keep chat, voice, and agent-tool integrations seamless and current. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * 5+ years in product management owning customer-facing surfaces, content platforms, or self-service products. * Experience building or improving search, knowledge management, or self-service—ideally with AI/ML-powered search, recommendations, or RAG retrieval. * Proven ability to define and use support/self-service metrics (automation, deflection, CSAT, escalation) to inform decisions. * Strong cross-functional collaboration across content, engineering, operations, and analytics without owning end-to-end UX. * Experience with Help Center or knowledge base platforms (Contentful, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar CMS/support tooling). * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer for our client in Stockholm for a long term assignment. Employment type: Fixed Term Contract Duration : 6 Months - 1 Year Location : Stockholm Work type : Onsite ( potential hybrid options) As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be working hands-on to optimise training and deployment of ML models to be quick and cost-efficient. You will also be at the forefront of putting our ML models on mobile devices to enhance data privacy and customer experience. To achieve this, you will need to collaborate with teams to establish best practices and tools for efficient ML model development and deployment, particularly on mobile platforms. You will be expected to help Client reach and stay at the cutting edge of ML training and deployment, as well as explore new frontiers such as federated learning. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll join our Triage Intelligence team — a high-impact, cross-functional group of software engineers, Data Scientists, clinicians, and a Principal Product Manager. The team builds the intelligence that powers how Accurx understands healthcare communication across the entire product suite, with a current mission to interpret patient healthcare requests and enable fast, informed decisions about the next step in a patient's care. CHALLENGES YOU’LL SOLVE... * You will take ownership of the end-to-end technical design of ML systems - from data ingestion and training pipelines through to deployment and real-time monitoring - ensuring AI features are performant, observable, and easy to debug. * You will act as the primary technical partner to our Data Scientists, evolving experimental code into high-quality, extensible library modules and building reusable components that improve developer efficiency and reduce cycle times across the team. * You will translate complex clinical and product objectives into efficient computational tasks, selecting the right tools - whether Deep Learning, NLP, or off-the-shelf - and making smart build-vs-buy trade-offs that align with Accurx's long-term technical goals. * You will help turn one-off experiments into repeatable platform capabilities, building models and systems that can be adopted by other Accurx product teams and proactively resolving cross-team dependencies as new, more efficient AI models are rolled out. YOU SHOULD APPLY IF... * You have extensive experience with a variety of ML techniques (e.g. Transformer-based NLP, Deep Learning, Tree-based methods, Bayesian modelling) and the ability to select the right tool, not just the trendiest one, for a clinical problem. * You have a proven track record of taking models from a Jupyter notebook to a high-availability production environment, managing everything from data versioning to model serving. * You have mastery of a production-grade language (e.g. Python, C#, or Go), with a focus on writing extensible, modular libraries that other teams can adopt. * You have experience defining both offline metrics (how the model performs in training) and online metrics (how the model impacts real-world user behaviour and triage outcomes). * You bring collaborative rigour to design and code reviews, surfacing erroneous assumptions before they reach production, and can preemptively identify technical risks — such as data leakage or hardware constraints — before they jeopardise the product roadmap.
