As an Operations Senior Associate reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of CB Payments Ltd., you'll be the operational backbone of Coinbase's UK business. You'll own CBPL's financial promotions and asset listings process, lead local product governance, and drive customer experience improvements that shape how Coinbase grows in the UK market. What you'll do: * Own and run the end-to-end Financial Promotions and Asset Listings approval workflow for the UK, acting as first-line approver under the three lines of defence model and maintaining a clear audit trail across all in-scope channels * Build, improve, and scale UK operational processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and driving automation to support new product launches and an evolving regulatory landscape * Lead the UK product governance process, coordinating launch timelines and facilitating local stakeholder reviews to ensure new products meet CBPL's regulatory and operational requirements before go-live * Prepare governance and senior stakeholder reporting materials that provide clear visibility of financial promotions activity, operational performance, and key risks to ExCo, Board, and Operational forums * Partner with the central Customer Experience team to shape and deliver local UK CX initiatives focused on improving onboarding, support outcomes, and customer satisfaction   Required Skills and Experience: * 4+ years in financial services operations with demonstrated experience translating UK FCA regulations, financial promotions rules, or MiFID requirements into documented processes and controls * Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in a regulated environment, not just maintaining them, with the judgment to engage Legal, Compliance, and Product stakeholders at the right moments * Experience defining and implementing operational policies and procedures that withstand regulatory scrutiny, including maintaining audit-ready documentation * Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and interpret operational data to inform decisions, quantify progress, and produce reporting for senior leadership * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. As a Business Operations Senior Associate on the Business Operations & Strategy team within the Institutional group, you'll partner directly with senior leadership on Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. You'll work primarily with Institutional product and sales leaders, structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations that shape product and segment strategy. What you'll do: * Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. * Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations. * Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products. * Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck. * Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling. Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end strategic workstreams. * Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that have directly influenced executive or leadership decisions. * Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets. * Track record of delivering clear, concise written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Exposure to SQL and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Etherscan) is a plus but not required. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. As a Global Sales Development Operations Senior Associate, you will help the Sales Development organization work more effectively by improving the tools, data, and processes that support day-to-day execution. We rely on this role to reduce friction for the team, improve visibility into how tools and motions are performing, and make it easier for sales development team members to move quickly with reliable systems and data. You will report to the Director, Sales Development Operations and play a hands-on role in maintaining core sales development technology, strengthening data quality, and supporting better training and adoption across a global team. This role involves solving operational problems, improving workflows, and turning tool and data insights into practical changes. You will work across systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, while helping the team build stronger processes, documentation, and usage standards that support consistent execution across regions. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Maintain the performance of sales development tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Optimize processes and configurations across the sales development technology stack to improve usability and consistency. * Create training documentation that helps the sales development team use software tools effectively in their daily work. * Train sales development team members on core tools and workflows, with clear guidance that supports adoption across regions. * Audit how tools are being used and identify opportunities to improve setup, governance, and ongoing effectiveness. * Investigate data quality issues that affect speed to lead and support issue creation and progression to drive resolution. * Measure and refine Outreach primary collections to improve how data and messaging are managed. * Assist business partners in evaluating the effectiveness of inbound and outbound sales development motions and the tools that support them. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Experience working with modern sales and marketing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo. * Required experience using Outreach in an operational or process improvement capacity. * Ability to maintain and improve business systems, with a focus on workflow design, tool configuration, and operational consistency. * Strength in identifying problems, investigating root causes, and turning findings into practical process improvements. * Experience working with data quality, data stewardship, or reporting that supports faster and more reliable sales execution. * Ability to create clear documentation and deliver training that helps distributed teams adopt tools and processes. * Experience working asynchronously with cross-functional stakeholders through clear written communication and shared documentation. * Experience learning and using GitLab and Git.
