Nobia - a leading European kitchen specialist listed on Nasdaq Stockholm - is looking for a Business Analyst / Business Controller to join our Finance function in Aarhus. This is not a traditional controlling role. We are building the finance function of the future: one where data, AI and sharp business insight come together to drive real value across our Nordic brands. You will work closely with the Finance leadership and across the wider business to elevate our performance management agenda, automate how we work with data, and bring AI-powered solutions into the heart of finance. You will be part of a function in transformation, with significant room to shape both the way we work and your own development path. What you’ll do Your work will sit at the intersection of business partnering, analytics and AI-driven automation. Concretely, you will: • Build and drive our monthly performance management cycle - from data to insight to decision - in close collaboration with business and finance leaders. • Lead deep-dive analyses on margin, customer and product profitability, and cost drivers, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. • Identify and implement AI pilot projects within finance processes - from automating reporting flows to building intelligent analytical workflows. • Act as a trusted business partner, asking the right questions and challenging assumptions with a calm, data-driven perspective. • Contribute to building the analytical foundation and tooling that our finance function will rely on for years to come. Who you are We are looking for a sharp analytical profile, with strong ambitions and the right mindset. Most importantly, you are genuinely curious - constantly looking for ways to do things better and create greater value. You want to be part of shaping the future finance function, where we drive impact for the business by keeping a cool, clear overview of what really matters. We expect that you bring: • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience from a controlling, FP&A, business analyst or consulting role - ideally in a multi-brand, multi-country or retail/consumer goods context. • A strong analytical toolkit: solid command of Python and/or SQL for data analysis and automation. • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (Copilot, Claude or similar) - and an active interest in how AI changes the way finance works. • A relevant academic background (e.g. cand.merc., cand.oecon., cand.polit., or similar). • Strong business acumen - you see numbers as a means to better decisions, not an end in themselves. The mindset we’re looking for More than any specific skill, we care about how you think. You are curious by default, and you ask “how could we do this better?” before you ask “how have we always done it?” You see AI and automation not as buzzwords, but as practical levers to free up time for the analyses that actually move the business. You are comfortable challenging stakeholders constructively, and you keep a cool head when complexity rises. What we offer • A pivotal role in building the next chapter of finance at Nobia Denmark. • Direct exposure to senior business and finance leadership, with real influence on the agenda. • A workplace based in Tilst with strong flexibility around how and where you work. • Competitive compensation and the opportunity to grow alongside a finance function in transformation. • A culture where curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement are genuinely valued. Curious for more? Get a glimpse of what life is like at Nobia right here! We look forward to hearing from you! If you have any questions about the position, feel free to reach out to our CFO Nobia Denmark, Rasmus Sylvester Nørgreen on rsl@nobia.dk. A cover letter is not necessary, but please include a short motivation in your CV. We process applications on an ongoing basis, so we encourage you to send your CV as soon as possible. Start date: As soon as possible — we are ready when you are. #LI-LW1 #LI-Hybrid
At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle. The Team The Finance team is at the heart of Liberis operations. Our mission is to support the future growth of the company by: * Providing insightful financial information to management and investors * Developing a scalable finance platform capable of ensuring proper oversight and compliance We are currently a team of sixteen based in London and Mumbai with responsibility for partnering with our Global operational teams. You’ll join a dynamic, fast paced innovative team, made up of enthusiastic and experienced finance professionals. The Role Commercial Finance owns the unit economics, the commercial model, and the planning and forecasting that sets the company's direction. It's the analysis that the leadership team, the Board and our lenders rely on to understand performance. As FP&A Analyst, you'll run the analysis and reporting at the centre of that. You're joining a small, growing team, so there's real ownership early - including planning and forecasting work from the outset - with a clear path to broaden into business partnering over your first year. What You’ll Be Doing * Produce and maintain monthly reporting and explain the key drivers in performance. * Build and improve financial models that support planning and decision-making. * Partner with teams across the business to understand their costs and performance. * Support the budgeting and forecasting cycle and help maintain the financial model — the company's 3–5 year outlook. * Analyse the unit economics — understanding what drives profitability across the business. What We Think You’ll Need * Part-qualified or qualified accountant - ACA study support offered if part-qualified. * ~2 years’ experience in practice or an industry FP&A / finance role. * Strong Excel and modelling - comfortable in large, structured files and reconciling outputs. * Commercial curiosity - you want to understand what drives the numbers, not just produce them. * Accuracy and ownership - reconciliations tie out and deadlines hold. Nice to have * Exposure to financial services, fintech, lending or specialty finance * Looker, SQL or BigQuery alongside Excel * Experience with FP&A tooling (e.g. Datarails) What happens next? Think this sounds like the right next move for you? Or if you’re not completely confident that you fit our exact criteria, apply anyway and we can arrange a call to see if the role is fit for you. Humility is a wonderful thing, and we are interested in hearing about what you can add to Liberis! Our hybrid approach Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office. #LI-CG1
