The Role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Project Operations Senior Consultant, you will be a key contributor to client engagements by
understanding and transitioning functional concepts into technical solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics suite and be comfortable
discussing related aspects and features of Azure and Office365.

The Role: Ludia Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Senior Solution Architect to join our growing team. The Microsoft D365 Senior Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and ensuring a solid, comprehensive solution design is delivered. This is a highly-experienced consulting professional who can act in a quality assurance role across multiple projects, and is capable of switching between supporting or leading customer-facing functional workshops; leading a group of functional consultants and business analysts; advising and supporting Ludia’s Technical Architects for integration, data, and custom development efforts; working closely with project and program managers to effectively report on progress, risks, and issues; liaising with both internal and customer senior stakeholders; and adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction. The candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced environment. Our Senior Architects demonstrate the ability to assess situations quickly, command the room, communicate ideas effectively to fellow team members and C-level executives alike, define and lead team efforts and utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions. Essential Functions * Lead business process analysis and provide clear and creative solutions. * Lead functional consulting teams through project lifecycle, ensuring designed D365 solution(s) are top-quality to meet clients’ requirements * Ensure expertly designed system architecture. * Maintain expertise in functional side of D365 F&SCM software, staying current on latest releases and changes, new functionality, and underlying technical architecture Skills & Competencies * 15+ years’ experience with Microsoft D365 FSC/F&O/AX and CE Project Operations, Sales, and/or Field Service * Must be Strong in PMA, Project Costing, Core Financials * Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC projects is required. * Solid Microsoft platform Software or IT experience, minimum of 15 years of professional experience within a consultancy environment preferred. * Extensive experience as a Functional Lead and Solution Architect working with the core D365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) modules including Project Management & Accounting (PMA). * Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining the long-term vision needed to guide clients through the implementation process. * Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual * Excellent (executive level) verbal and written communication skills * Deep experience with coaching/guiding at all levels within client organization Desirable Qualifications: * Microsoft FastTrack Recognized Solution Architect certification * Microsoft D365 certifications Benefits / Why Ludia Remote when not traveling to customer sites Unlimited PTO Full health benefits, vision, and dental 401K …and more!
