As a Business Operations Senior Associate on the Business Operations & Strategy team within the Institutional group, you'll partner directly with senior leadership on Coinbase's highest-priority strategic and operational challenges. You'll work primarily with Institutional product and sales leaders, structuring complex problems, building quantitative business cases, and translating data into executive-level recommendations that shape product and segment strategy. What you'll do: * Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for Coinbase's leadership team and develop actionable recommendations backed by data and quantitative modeling. * Build business cases and financial models that identify new opportunities and directly inform Institutional product and go-to-market strategy. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of competitive positioning, peer benchmarks, and the evolving crypto landscape to sharpen strategic recommendations. * Design and implement experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and drive measurable changes across Institutional products. * Own problems end-to-end, from initial framing through analysis, recommendation, and implementation, not just the slide deck. * Strengthen team capabilities by improving existing processes, frameworks, and operational tooling. Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product strategy, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end strategic workstreams. * Proven ability to build quantitative models and business cases that have directly influenced executive or leadership decisions. * Familiarity with institutional finance, capital markets, or crypto/digital assets markets. * Track record of delivering clear, concise written and verbal recommendations to senior stakeholders in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. * Exposure to SQL and BI tools (e.g., Hex, Superset, Looker) or crypto analytics tools (e.g., Dune Analytics, Etherscan) is a plus but not required. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality. COMPLIANCE, THREAT & RISK ASSESSMENT MANAGER The Threat & Risk Assessment (TRA) team strengthens Coinbase's global compliance risk management framework by leading enterprise-wide and targeted risk assessments for compliance and financial crime compliance. As a Compliance, Threat & Risk Assessment Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of compliance, governance, data, and cross-functional execution, translating complex financial crimes and regulatory risks into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders across Coinbase legal entities globally. As an Operations Senior Associate reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of CB Payments Ltd., you'll be the operational backbone of Coinbase's UK business. You'll own CBPL's financial promotions and asset listings process, lead local product governance, and drive customer experience improvements that shape how Coinbase grows in the UK market.
