As a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager on the Core FP&A team, you'll provide CFO-level financial partnership to critical support

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO THRIVE Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others: * Finance Leadership: Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth tech environment. * Team Development: Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams; you are passionate about building a high-performing "gold standard" finance function. * Influencing Power: The ability to earn the trust of senior leaders and influence strategic thinking across a matrixed organisation. * Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models that distill data into digestible insights. * Budget Ownership: Experience owning forecasts and budgets for major functional areas, working directly with operators to hit performance targets. * Data Agility: Proficiency in SQL (or a strong willingness to learn) to manipulate large datasets and uncover hidden business insights. The Role As a Finance Manager within our global reporting team, you will be involved in the reporting process for your region. This will include monthly and statutory reporting, working with auditors and the wider reporting team, as well as other stakeholders across the business.
