1. Bring data centre expertise to a fast-moving new domain. Help us go 0→1 on data centre sustainability. You'll be our in-house
authority on how data centres actually consume energy, manage cooling, and account for their carbon—and you'll bring the

2. Run deep discovery with operators, buyers and the market. Get out and talk to hyperscalers, colocation providers, energy teams
and corporate buyers. Map where today's reporting and certification falls short, where the real measurement problems live, and

3. Pressure-test what good looks like. Work with our science, product and commercial teams to explore how data centre
sustainability could be measured and verified more rigorously. Stress-test ideas against real facilities and data, and learn
