Als Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d) bist Du ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres SAP-Entwicklungsteams und stellst sicher, dass
unsere Softwarelösungen entlang des gesamten Entwicklungszyklus höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Du arbeitest eng mit
Entwicklung und Produkt zusammen, bringst moderne Testansätze ein und gestaltest aktiv unsere QA-Strategie sowie die
Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsprozesse.
Du entwickelst und verantwortest ganzheitliche Teststrategien – von automatisierten Tests über exploratives Testen bis hin zu UI-,
API- und Integrationstests. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass Qualität von Anfang an mitgedacht wird, indem Du nach dem
Shift-Left-Prinzip arbeitest und dieses durch gezielte Shift-Right-Ansätze wie Monitoring und Observability ergänzt.
Im engen Austausch mit Product Ownern und Entwickler:innen begleitest Du den gesamten agilen Entwicklungsprozess – von Refinements
bis hin zu Abnahmetests – und sorgst für eine nahtlose Integration von QA in den Entwicklungsalltag.
Darüber hinaus bist Du verantwortlich für den Aufbau und die Pflege von Testrepositories sowie Testdaten und führst regelmäßig
Regressionstests durch. Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer QA-Prozesse aktiv voran und nutzt dabei auch innovative,
KI-gestützte Testansätze wie automatisierte Testfallgenerierung oder Self-Healing-Tests.
Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Deiner Rolle liegt im Aufbau und in der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von
Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks. Als Qualitätsbotschafter innerhalb des Teams teilst Du Best Practices und förderst aktiv eine
nachhaltige Qualitätskultur.
Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung als Quality Assurance Engineer (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in der Softwareentwicklung
und bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Testmethoden mit. Eine ISTQB-Zertifizierung (mindestens Foundation Level) ist für
diese Position erforderlich, weiterführende Zertifizierungen sind ein Plus.
Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit automatisierten UI- und API-Tests, idealerweise im SAP- oder Fiori-Umfeld. Zudem hast Du
Erfahrung im Testmanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit Testrepositories, Testdatenmanagement und Regressionstests.
Du bist mit agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Scrum oder Kanban vertraut und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse.
Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, strukturiert und detailorientiert, kombiniert mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Idealerweise bringst Du zusätzlich grundlegende SAP-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Performance- oder Security-Tests sowie mit

About the role Location: Remote (Full time) What you’ll get to do * Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter. * Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS. * Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into hight quality responsive UI code. * Write efficient queries for core Data. * Use of Model-View-Controller ( MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel-Controller (MVVM) as it relates to designing, developing architecture and developing maintainable, testable and functional software that meets product requirements. * Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features. * Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system. * Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures. * Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented. * Use CI/CD for smooth deployment. * Document the project and code efficiently. * Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers. * Communicate with the Project Manager regarding status of projects and suggest appropriate deadlines for new functionalities. * Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app. * Validate the cloud system to ensure any new changes do not compromise security of the backend server. * Suggest new features and/or enhancements. * Maintaining software through product lifecycle including design, development, verification and bug fixes. * Connect regularly with the Quality Assurance Specialist to deliver stable app. * Resolve all the bugs reported by the Quality Assurance Specialist in a timely manner. * Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment. * Execute app verification protocol. * Write tests for the App. * Following company policies and quality procedures to ensure quality product deliverables. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE * 5 years plus combined Mobile Development Experience * Flutter: To build cross platform mobile apps for Android, IOS and Web.
